Wonderful place!!

Absolutely stunning condo right by the beach! We slept everyday with the sound of the waves which was so nice. The condo is very charming and has everything you need. The decor has a very beachy-cozy vibe that helps you relax. We loved all the mirrors too!! Having the beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, snorkeling stuff) was very convenient as well. We had the time of our lives and would love to come back sometime (soon hopefully)!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I stayed in this exact place in 2017. It was everything and more than we remembered. Perfect location. Beach is great for swimming and just listening to the waves at night. Highly recommend!

Best spot in Maui

Being right on Napili Bay is a dream. The condo was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Owners were communicative and left great instructions. Would love to come back.

The best place EVER!

We've visited Maui many times, and this was the best place we've ever stayed. The location on Napili Bay is incredible with tons of restaurants, amazing beaches, and golf courses nearby. This condo is directly on the beach and the sound of waves at night is the best sound machine EVER! We've already booked our next stay at this condo. Absolutely loved it!

Amazing Location

Closest unit to the beach. Great dining very short walking distance. Parking easy and available. We had to fix shower holder to hold handheld wand and chase down Wi-Fi credentials from owners. Everything else was as expected and very enjoyable.

Great last minute quick trip

We had a quick 3 day getaway and found this place last minute. Everything was perfect. The location is perfect for a relaxing time. Napili is my favorite. The unit was very clean and nicely updated. A few things I wish we had but definitely did not need. I will be recommending this location and will hopefully stay again.

Maui After the Fire

In one word "Perfect". If you like clean and modern accommodations, great views of water, islands, and sunsets, this is the place. If you like to swim and snorkel with tropical fish and turtles, and don't want to drive, the water is 100 feet from your condo. Erin Adams will do everything to make your stay great. ps: we also did a half day of volunteering at the food distribution Center. The people were very appreciative.

Napili Condo 105

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Napili Bay and condo 105. This is my third time staying at the Napili Bay Resort condos. The Condo has a stunning view and came well-equipped with most of the amenities we needed. I would have appreciated having a sponge in the kitchen. I would recommend updating the photos as the condo's condition in person was not reflected in the photos - not quite as nice as the photos present. There was no bedspread which made the bed look shabby. I'd also suggest letting guests know that the bed is a full - a bit small. While guests will enjoy the view and the sound of the waves, they should be aware that they will hear beach goers early in the morning (thing yelling children and their parents). This was our honeymoon and I would not suggest this condo for that purpose, but great for a seasoned couple.

Vacation stay

We recently had a 12 day vacation at Napili Bay Resort. The accommodations were great. We had a fantastic ocean view and nice beach right in front of out unit. The condo had everything we needed and was set up perfectly. Aloha Condos provided us very detailed information regarding our reservations and information about the unit. The parking area was large enough for all the guests. The BBQ set up was great and we did a lot of grilling. A nice laundry facility and nice ice machine was available to us.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

Condo 105 was our first choice for a place to stay during our visit to Maui. The location on Napili Bay Beach was perfect. The entrance to our favorite beach was steps away from the front door, in fact, the view from the lanai was the same as being on the beach, except your toes weren't in the sand! The condo was stocked with everything we would need for a beach vacation, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, floating chair and pool noodles. Several great restaurants were a quick 5 minute drive away and Lahaina, with great nightlife and restaurants was about 10 minutes away. We loved hearing the sound of the waves coming in lulling us to sleep. The only downside to the location right on the beach was the sound of people swimming and having fun both after sunrise and later at night but to us it was worth the tradeoff.

Style and Comfort

The condo was recommended by a friend, but the description did not do it justice. I enjoyed the modern look and superb functionality. The location close to the beach provided privacy and easy access for swimming and snorkeling. We sat on the lanai early morning for coffee and late night to absorb the rhythms of the waves and night air. There was no need for TV or technology to dilute the experience. I look forward to returning when I need a break from my everyday living in the city.

Staying on beautiful Napili Beach — the ocean waves crashing each night, the whales breaching in front while we sipped our morning coffee, glorious evening sunsets on the lanai — there was no need to go anywhere else. It was perfection.

Great location ... but

We love Napili Bay, and have stayed at these condos for the past few years. Our first stay in #105. We like that this condo has it's balcony on the corner, so you get a more expansive view. We were disappointed in a few things. These are minor fixes that I believe would really enhance folks visits. The dishes were old and were completely scratched up and very unattractive. There were only 2 coffee mugs and limited cups. It felt like someone had furnished with whatever left over bits and pieces they happend to have around. Other condos we've stayed in had been a little more thoughtful to plates and dishes they include. The toilet needs to be replaced. The bowl design is such that unless you toss your TP way in the back, it doesn't ever flush down. Very irritating, and causes more flushes then necessary, which wastes water. The built in high-end microwave in the picture no longer works, so there is now a very large microwave on the kitchen counter taking up most of the available space. If the micorwave was moved to the end on the piece of furniture, there would be more counter space to work with. And the condo could really use a good cleaning. The cabinet doors were all tacky, and the handles full of crumbs. Such an easy fix! Overall, we think you can't go wrong staying at Napili Bay Resort. It's the perfect location for a couple who appreciate being right on the ocean.

This property is located on the most famous beach of the island. There were more than a hundred cars parked on the street to access the beach and luckily this property offers parking so you don't need to worry about finding a spot to park. I would absolutely recommend this place. If you're looking for a place right on the beach with amazing beach and tree views, THIS PLACE WILL BLOW YOUR MIND! I wish I could post pictures here!

Right in front of the beach

Loved this spot! You had mostly everything you need. We had bought a few dinners to enjoy from Costco and unfortunately their oven and microwave wasn’t working. We called maintenance and communication was choppy. Day 4 out of 7 is when they sent someone and couldn’t do anything. So no microwave or oven for this trip. We managed, they were kind enough and got us a gift card to the restaurant next door. Hair dryer and toaster also didn’t work. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Great for just hanging out. The stores are only a few min away.

#105 Napili Bay Resort

Pros, Cons, and Maybes: Pro - It was/is wonderful to be able to sit out on the lanai day or night enjoying the waves and the view without having to deal with sand, beach umbrellas, etc. Location, location, location!! The size of the condo was perfect for me. Although when I stayed in #104, there was a daybed that my daughter slept in comfortably. Maybe - The fans were an asset and the ability to open the lanai door to get air inside. I wish there had been one of those pencil-shaped air conditioning units available to use on some nights. Maybe - I couldn't get used to how to use that shower effectively. And I didn't use the stove at all -- it looked iffy. And the toilet was iffy as well, but we eventually figured out how to make it flush properly.
