The Phoenix East II is not marked and was very confusing to find. Owners--in this case Liquid Life--should make clear whether it's Phoenix II or Phoenix East II. It was difficult to contact Liquid Life by phone because they are so busy.The apartment was lovely, and having the beach right off the balcony was wonderful. Some little things are a little shabby (baseboards, sink hose, etc.) But it was pretty clean and I enjoyed my stay.Be SURE that you get all your belongings out the door before you check out at 10 am. The key code changes at 10 and I had to call (and wait) for someone to text me a new code. Wish I'd known that ahead of time.

Serious need of updating. Popcorn ceilings with dust on them. A/C vents dusty. Fan blades drooping bc they are so old. Looks like it has not been updated in decades. Old wicker furniture that is broken. Chair and couch covers that are stained. Not worth the $. Stay elsewhere.
