Dieses Cottage aus den 1920er Jahren wurde 2016 renoviert und bietet auf so kleinem Raum alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Sie können auf dem Ausziehsofa aus amerikanischem Leder mit Memory Foam-Königinmatratze oder auf der Kingsize-Matratze auf der Treppe im Dachgeschoss schlafen. Sowohl die Klimaanlage als auch die Wärme halten den Raum auf der gewünschten Temperatur. Ein Deckenventilator sorgt für eine Luftzirkulation mit mehreren Geschwindigkeiten. Ein Flachbild-Kabel-TV sowie WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche mit ihrer großzügigen Granitplatte ist komplett ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank unter der Theke. Für ruhige Mahlzeiten im Innenbereich steht ein Klapptisch zur Verfügung. Wenn das Wetter es zulässt, steht draußen ein großer sonniger Essbereich mit einem tanklosen Gasgrill zur Verfügung.

Our experience staying at this property was positive enough to make us consider purchasing a tiny house... The location is wonderful. We walked downtown to commercial street several times despite the pouring rain and flooding during our visit. We did not have any issues finding parking in the public lot across the street (make sure you read about parking situation before booking), though perhaps the rain helped us out. The property was clean and comfortable and has some outdoor seating options that we used between storms. Appliances inside are modern, including the ceiling fan, HVAC unit, TV, and bathroom fixtures. Entire place was beautiful inside and was well taken care of. We will be sure to consider this next time we're visiting the Cape!

Pretty spot with great outdoor space. Only suggestion… check fridge controls… couldn’t get it to keep stuff from freezing. I just didn’t want to bother owner/manager… that’s my issue. 😉

Adorable/Great location

Very much enjoyed my 8 nights in this adorable, fully functional cottage. Immaculately clean as well. Very quiet west end location but easily walkable to everything “in town” and Herring Cove beach. I mostly slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable....no annoying metal bar across your mid-section to contend with...definitely a higher end sofa bed. The outdoor space is fantastic. I was able to utilize it a few times even during a few warmer February days. The bathroom is tiny but very nicely appointed. I loved the shower! There is no dedicated parking and no laundry facilities on site, so if either of those things is critical to you this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, I think anybody would be happy here. I would absolutely rent here again.

Room For Improvement At This Price

A great location, easy check-in/out, and a well-designed and equipped space. But the property definitely shows some signs of wear and tear - understandable during a busy summer season, but they make it hard to justify the price of the rental. The fridge/freezer needs defrosting, the downstairs mattress was uneven and excessively stained, the kitchen faucet, bathroom shelves, and patio furniture were usable but in rickety condition. Guests should be careful not to hang clothes or towels over the rod supporting the ladder to the loft - it leaves permanent rust stains on fabric. The listing inaccurately claims there is a hot tub.

Thank you for your constructive comments, I try to keep the place in as great shape as possible and appreciate the heads up on what needs fixing! And yes there is no hot tub, that has been removed from the amenities, it is unclear how that got listed as one.

Like coming home

I had inquired on this property for autumn 2020. Timing wasn't right, but I knew this looked special. I booked a late summer trip with fingers crossed for good travel connections. All went well, and I arrived on time with great expectations, since I hadn't been in Provincetown since 2016. Usually, it's at minimum an annual summer trip. The listing and reviews looked great and to my great satisfaction, it exceeded my expectations. While I noticed that many reviewers stayed on the pull out couch, I used the loft space and it was awesome! Directions were impeccable, Jesse responded to any inquiries quickly and everything clean and organized when I arrived. I'm always holding my breath for the state of bathrooms, and this one was clean and thoughtfully done. The updates to the entire space were thoughtfully considered. It was perfect for one, and for a couple it would work great, too. I would not overpack if coming as two, but the built-in drawers were generous and surprisingly the mulit-function closet still fit quite a few items I wanted to hang. For everything I like to do in Ptown, the location was perfect. While I rented a bike (used mostly to trail ride) I ended up walking everywhere else. In the past, I've always used my bike to commute. It still made sense for the grocery store and riding to the beach, but everything else was more than walkable. Quick to town center, and not too bad for the east end gallery walks. Really close to both bike rental places which is a huge perk when picking up and dropping off. I plan on coming back and would book this location in a heartbeat. It felt like a home, not a hotel room. The outdoor space was really great, too. Wonderful for morning and evening chilling out or al fresco dining. Thanks, Jesse, for helping so many people make great memories through your slice of heaven by the sea.

Nice tiny house in Provincetown

Just stayed for four days with my wife in this tiny house. Great location in West End of PTown . 5 minute walk to restaurants bars and shopping on commercial Street. Parking is right across the street and uses Passport app. No charge for parking from midnight to 8 AM. This tiny house has a nice weber grill all kitchen supplies that one could think of including coffee pot stove refrigerator dishwasher etc. Highly recommend great value truly had a fantastic time.

First Time Visit

My husband and I loved staying at this tiny cottage. It was on the west end and was slightly away from all the noise of commercial street. Parking was a lot more complicated than I thought it was going to be. Would highly recommend applying for a parking permit with the town before your stay. Overall, excellent place to stay and a quick walk to anywhere you needed to go.

P-Town is an amazing place to visit - depending on purpose

We will go back again probably next year. If we again decide we need a full kitchen we will very likely attempt to book this cottage again as it is quite nice. The sleeper sofa is first rate and we used it all but one night out of 10.
