Dear Guest, First, I would like to apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had at my home. It is unfortunate that a couple of mechanical issues unexpectedly happened during your stay. I do want to reiterate that I did the best of my ability to resolve the issues by the next morning. I worked all evening to find the servicing companies to come out the next morning. To my knowledge, the A/C issues were resolved after servicing-that very next morning-and was also confirmed by the housekeeping when she came to clean after your checkout; there’s no problem with the A/C. I would never expect or ask my guest to wait around for technician. I value your privacy, safety and the protection of your personal belongings, therefore; I suggested that you should not leave any valuables around the house since we will have technicians at the property. I also suggested that it would be convenient to leave a spare key in the lockbox since there is a 1-4 hours window schedule, this is purely for your convenience and accessibility to resolve these issues. For your trouble, I offered an extra day stay if your schedule allows. I was seeking communication and feedback but never received any response until you checked out on Sunday. I have been a host on VRBO as well as other rental platforms and prioritize the comfort and privacy of my guests at my accommodations. Unplanned and unforeseen circumstances can occur from time to time and I pride myself on resolving the issues as soon as communicated. I will ensure for future stays that the stay is checked up on prior and routinely for to prevent any future A/C Leaks and low on refrigerant and hot water heating element going out. These are common UNEXPECTED mishaps that can happened to anyone at any time... In closing, I hope your future travels are successful and safe.
