We were particularly surprised to read these comments, as none of these issues were brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known about them, we would have done our very best to address them immediately. We take the comfort and experience of our guests very seriously, as we believe is reflected in the many reviews we have received over the years, and of course we take your feedback just as seriously. Regarding the ants, Villa Blanca is located in the countryside and, particularly at this time of year, ants and other insects can be more present. We do our best to control them without using excessive treatments that could harm the surrounding environment. Food or food remains left in bedrooms can also attract ants very quickly, which is why we always provide our guests with insecticide and specific ant spray should they need it. Being surrounded by nature has many advantages, but unfortunately it can also come with some minor inconveniences, such as insects at certain times of the year. We are genuinely sorry that this caused you discomfort during your stay. Regarding your comments about the maintenance of the villa, again, no specific maintenance issues were reported to us during your stay. Every season we invest time and effort into maintaining and improving the property so that our guests can continue to have an excellent experience. This work is very important and rewarding to us, and we believe this is reflected in the experiences and reviews shared by our guests over the years across different travel platforms, which have even resulted in recognition for the quality of our guests’ stays. For this reason, we are particularly sorry that Villa Blanca did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We will take your comments seriously and use them to continue improving, with the aim of ensuring that future guests have the positive experience that we always strive to provide.
