The Space:
Casa Mar is a beautiful Condo located in The Paraiso Residences, a modern new complex of luxury condominiums located at Puerto Paraiso Mall. In the middle of the Cabo San Lucas Marina, known to host ultra luxury yachts, one of the biggest sport fishing annual competitions "Bisbee's", plus plenty of restaurants for early breakfast or fine dining, as well as the top Cabo night spots, there is where you will be in Casa Mar.
This Condo features modern decoration in perfectly illuminated spaces, kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including electric stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. A spacious and fun living room perfect to entertain and relax, with a comfortable couch that can make an extra sleeping space. Two well sized bedrooms, Master with King size bed and ensuite shower bathroom, Guest with Queen size bed and ensuite shower bathroom as well, both with spacious closet space. Necessarily featuring FREE wifi and A/C in living room and bedrooms.

Important Notice â Puerto Paraiso Mall & Paraiso Residences Access
Please note that Puerto ParaĂso Mall, where The Residences are located, is currently approximately 75% closed, with only certain areas operating, including VĂa ParaĂso (Chedraui, banks, and the newer section), Luxury Avenue, and a selection of restaurants facing the Marina.
The location of the Residences is excellent, just steps from the Marina and within walking distance to Medano Beach. However, please be aware that there is no assigned parking on-site. If you plan to rent a car, nearby paid parking options are available (weâre happy to share details on options & pricing). Additionally, vehicle access for drop-off or pick-up is not available at the building, and access to the property is pedestrian only.

The Neighborhood:
Cabo San Lucas is a small town, main activity concentrates around the Cabo San Lucas Marina, which leads to the famous Medano Beach, full of life, fun and restaurants and beach clubs for those looking to be in the action. The main strip is all about restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as local stores. The Paraiso Residences, located in Puerto Paraiso Mall, are just in the middle of both, the Marina/Beach and the strip.

Being in the Marina its just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area and in the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's night life.
Getting Around:
You are in the main spot of Cabo San Lucas. You are in the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.
Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José's Historical District in less than 40 min.
In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the stairs directly to the Paraiso Residences floor.

****** December 2025 - Please note that Puerto ParaĂso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.
We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.
Lost Condo keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
