Willkommen im CASA CHARO in einem ruhigen Viertel von Shell Beach. Jenseits des weißen Lattenzauns beginnt der Urlaub. Die eklektische Strandstimmung beginnt, wenn Sie das Wohnzimmer betreten, in dem Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen auf dem großen Smart-TV über dem Mantel genießen oder einfach nur vor dem gasbetriebenen Kamin entspannen und lesen können.

Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über Holzböden und Fliesen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und großen Schränken und zwei große Badezimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Eines der Badezimmer dient als Wäscherei mit Bosch Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

In der gut ausgestatteten Gourmetküche können Sie das Abendessen auf dem professionellen Wolf-Herd zubereiten und es im gemütlichen Speisesaal genießen oder draußen auf der Terrasse im schönen und seltenen großen privaten Garten essen, der von üppigem Grün und Ruhe umgeben ist. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, können Sie den Erdgasgrill nutzen oder warum nicht in einem der vielen Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft essen, von denen mehrere zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Das Beste kommt erst noch, wenn Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang zur Ecke machen und am „schönen Meer“ enden, eine hervorragende Küstenlinie überblicken und unglaubliche Abendsonnenuntergänge genießen. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at the Esparto property. it was an easy and scenic walk to the end of the street where we saw the ocean, birds, and otters amongst the waves we met several neighbors who are all very friendly. It was overall, a good visit. We only gave it four stars because we think there might be something wrong with the stove burners. They seem to leak a lot of flame. Also, the back screen door was broken when we got to the property and was never fixed. This was not a problem or at least not a big one. Any other concerns were taken care of very quickly.

We had brought our fire stick in order to watch our programming only to find out there was no wat to access the back of the TV.The only programming available to us on their Roku was Netlix and Amazon.

The location was 1/2 block plus a bit more to have a panoramic view of the Pacific. The Park area was great for walking plus benches to enjoy the views of the ocean,cormorants, pelicans, few surfers and kayakers. A Juice Bar, sandwich shop, coffee shop & a few other restaurants all within easy walking. The Cass was neat as a pin. Everything we needed was available. Appliances were top notch, beds comfortable, couches fine. The patio with grill, furniture and slatted roof created more options. Really can’t say anything negative! The cleaning crew was amazing as everything was impeccable. Hope to return.

Feels like home...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed a place to "land" for 5 weeks after selling my home in Palm Springs. This little house went beyond meeting my expectations! By the time my stay was over I was so relaxed and rested after a hectic move. It's in a very safe neighborhood and walking distance to the cliff overlooking the ocean at the end of the street as well as great restaurants at the other end of the street. The sunsets from the cliff were nothing short of spectacular. I would definitely stay at this location in the future if the need ever arose.

We were quite impressed with the home in Shell Beach. We’ve stayed in several other locations on the Central Coast & this property was by far the best. The rental process was easy with good communication from the property management. The property is well staged with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The patio was especially welcomed and allowed us to spend time outdoors. It is also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and parks. We definitely would stay at this property again.
