Costa Azzurra has two living areas. The main living, kitchen and dining rooms are on the main level (street level). The main level lives like a single-level home and is ideal for hosting family and friends.

The exquisite master ensuite includes an ocean view balcony. The master ensuite has a king bed. The over-sized bathroom has double sinks and an exquisite custom California closet.

Downstairs, are two additional bedrooms and another private living area. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, queen bed and SmartTV. One of the bedrooms has a built-in desk for a quiet work area.

The two lower bedrooms flank the downstairs living room. The additional living room makes a nice private area for children and guests. The lower level bedrooms and living room open to a paved outdoor patio to enjoy the stunning views of the beach and professionally landscaped fenced back yard.

List of the extra features this home has: Top line Miele kitchen components, Lutron electric shades, Kinetico RO & water softener systems, upgraded cabinets, quartz countertop. The main living area has audi-video with surround sound, there are SmartTVs in both living rooms (main level and lower level), and each bedroom. This home has air conditioning. The owner does use exterior surveillance video cameras (Ring front door system).

Included in the monthly rental fee is a mandatory mid-month cleaning. The owner requires a mid-month full service housekeeping and linen services. The service will be performed by the management company, Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

Due to strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance, this home is available for a minimum 30 night rental period.

The owner will consider one dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. Sorry, our loved retrievers do not meet the pet policy.
