Dies ist ein wunderschönes Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Dachboden, 2,5 Bädern und einer großen Garage für 2 Autos, die Sie nutzen können. Dieses Haus wird leicht 8 in 3 Königinnen und einem doppelten Futon im gro��en Dachbodenbereich schlafen. HDTV mit Satellit, DVD-Player, Bluetooth-Bose-Lautsprecher und WLAN im Wohnbereich mit einem Gas?ersetzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt viel Platz zum Kochen für die gesamte Bande. Der Essbereich bietet Zugang zum Achterdeck mit Blick auf den See, die Wasserscheide und den Pagosa Peak.


Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Umluftheizung sowie eine Garage für 2 Autos im Erdgeschoss. In der Garage befindet sich ein Grillplatz, der im Freien genutzt werden kann.

Es gibt Schläuche, Rafting und malerische Zugfahrten in der Nähe und natürlich überall nationale Waldwanderwege.

Great location in Pagosa Springs with incredible views of the San Juan Mountains! Lovely, super clean townhome with everything you would need and more. We loved it and definitely will be back! Close to grocery shopping, trails, Rec Center, and restaurants.

Great location and great accommodations

My family loved the layout of this property. There's space for "togetherness" and plenty of space if you need to be away from everyone. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store. I felt that the property manager was only a text away if I needed anything.

We liked being out of the mainstream of the busy traffic. For us, the property is not within walking distance of the main activities that are offered; however, that was alright with us. We found the property to be clean, very close to restaurants, shopping, and any other necessary items we might need during our stay. The drive into town was no more than 10 minutes depending on traffic. The check-in and check-out were so easy! We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful Property

We just got back from a two week stay in Pagosa Springs at this beautiful condo. It was extremely well stocked if you do any cooking. The condo has a beautiful view of the San Juan Mountains. It is very close to a grocery store and Wal-Mart. Lots of restaurants nearby and in town. We had an issue with the refrigerator but VIP was very responsive in dealing with it. We took our Roku with us which was good since we could never get to any streaming channels on the downstairs TV. In spite of these two issues we highly recommend this property.

The property had a pet urine smell and looked liked it had not been dusted in quite some time. The bed sizes were not as described in the solicitation and the management company was not responsive at all. This is a property where two people could be comfortable if it were cleaned properly. However, not quite as advertised.

Joshua, We are very confused by your review. The bed configuration is exactly as described with 3 bedrooms, 2 queens and 1 full bed. You had 2 adults, 2 kids and this home sleeps a maximum of 8 so I'm not sure why you say it's good for 2 people. In terms of being non responsive, that's actually not true as I answered the 2 messages that you left in our messaging system. The other "texts" that you say you sent, I am not sure where you sent them as they were not in our messaging system which is where we direct all our guests to use during their stay for quick responses. The carpet at this home is new and recently added and we have not identified any smell or stains with the carpet. We pride ourselves on communication with all of our guests, and feel we did that with you. You say that you have been traveling so is it possible you confused this review with another home?

Description needs to indicate that there are stairs to enter the home at all entrances. Stairs to the garage where car is steep with many steps. The railing is on only one side. Carpet is dark and smooth. It is difficult to see bottom steps. I slipped on stair carpet and ended up in ER.

Winifred, we are so sorry that you tripped and fell on the stairs. We hope you get better quickly! This home is a townhome which is in the description of the home and it does state there are stairs from the garage to the main floor. A townhouse by definition for future guests is a home with "multiple floors". So, it would be implied that there are stairs within the home. But, it is stated about the stairs from garage in the description and there is a picture of the stairs leading to the top floor as well. For future guests there are only 2 ways to enter into this townhome, from the garage or the front door. there are probably about 4 or 5 steps leading to the walkway to the front door. Hope that helps for future guests considering reserving this great townhome! The VIP Team

Lakeside Getaway Review

Property was spotless and well located for activities that my family enjoyed. Very nice pet friendly rental that did not have evidence (fur and odors, etc..) from prior renters with pets. The central AC was a great feature. The beds were comfortable for everyone in my family. The double garage was a huge perk as my husband and son could store their road bicycles, their cycling gear, and park my SUV. I enjoyed utilizing the washer and dryer to launder clothes during our stay. A few maintenance issues were conveyed to the management company (that were not urgent) but a hazardous concern for future renters with small children, ie. screen on balcony door pulling away from the frame, heavy coffee table in the the living room with a loose support leg, and a slow draining master vanity sink. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The only small appliance absent was a small hand held mixer (which I needed to make a dessert). Other than those issues It was a great place to stay while in Pagosa Springs.

Disgusting, filthy, poor VIP communication, not well maintained.

Arr. 7-13-24, rental was dirty, dusty, cobwebs everywhere. Floors, carpet, cabinets not clean: hair, food, broken glass, dust/dirt thru-out. Corner of walls, ceiling fan blades & light fixture chain, upper windows full of cobwebs/dust. Could not turn on the fan due to dust. Deck outside completely peeling of paint on the floor & rail. Plastic chairs outside stained our clothes green due to the plastic deteriorating. Screens on the patio door/window were not attached, could not leave windows/door open. Rollers on screen/sliding door were filthy dirty/hard to open/close. Coffee table wobbled, screws missing. Couch recliner brace broken, could not use. 49 night stay, only 1 set of thin/old sheets. No supplies were replenished, no Kleenex. Pots/pans could not be used, were old, worn, scratched Teflon. Bought pans to cook in. Few food containers in kitchen, most didn't have lids that fit. No ice maker/bottle opener. View of dumpster, trash all over the ground. Walls in the bathroom were sticky, the wipe was black. There were paint knicks on most walls/corners. Asked VIP several times to meet, were too busy. VIP had cleaning come over to surface clean. Talked to cleaners re problems, they left saying we yelled at them, untrue. Asked for $1106 rental tax overchg, VRBO aided in this. Asked to leave 15 days early. VIP says they do a white glove treatment, untrue. VIP owner owns this rental. VIP experience a disaster, NO RECOMMENDATION

For all future guests: Our goal is to always be available and address any concerns a guest may have. Unfortunately the majority of what was said above was untrue. We were in communication with this guest from the beginning. These guests were incorrect in their assessment of the situation with our staff, however, they did have our housekeepers in tears and as a result our staff was told to leave as we won't allow our staff to be treated that way which is why we ultimately asked them to leave early in which they were refunded in full for their remaining days. We did have maintenance there fixing what was feasible to address and they were still unhappy. Again, our goal is to always be available for our guests and we do take that very seriously! VIP Team

Great place for a quick trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was super easy to find and near several restaurants, gas stations, and many other stores. The customer service was great and very responsive! We had all the information we needed in text and email! It was close to perfect. Only thing that could improve was having newer technology, smart tv, or Bluetooth speaker. There was more than enough board games if you enjoy those! We had 8 guests which we all fit but I wouldn’t recommend staying with a group larger than 6 people. The The water gets cold after 2 showers and there only 3 beds and 2 couches. It’s exactly like the description but just feels tight with 8 people. I would definitely stay again! The town was great and locals were friendly!

Loved our Lakeside Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular, the house was very clean and well kept. Our management contact with Lori was great, she responded to a request we had immediately and also picked up our special order from a bakery and had it waiting for us. We are spoiled now!!

Lovely Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious townhome is a perfect location in Uptown with a wonderful view of Pagosa Peak. Close to stores and restaurants and only a short drive to downtown Pagosa. It provides great living space and the 2 car garage is an added bonus to stay out of the elements. Would recommend a stay here for your Pagosa vacation.
