Beautiful unit, building and neighborhood. We loved the pool, gym and walk ability of the neighborhood to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Chris was communicative and the building staff were very helpful. We’d love to go back!

Located in a great great location. Very secure and quiet. The condo itself was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, the beds were super comfortable. The outside patio was also very nice. The set up makes u think you're on the ground level.

Exceeded my expectations

Outstanding host both pre arrival and during stay. Outstandingly clean and modern unit. Great neighborhood for something call "Midtown". Rated Check-in OK only because there's a bit of paperwork, but there's a security purpose to that. It is, after all, a condominium not a hotel. Will definitely try to rebook next time we're in Miami.

A great place to stay!

We arrived after a long flight really exhausted and checked in in the late afternoon. The host send a detailed message upfront with all the detaild, so check in was just within minutes. We entered a great and spaceful appartment where already some cold drinks were waiting in the fridge. The apartment is in a realy nice area, lots of shops, nice restaurants, fast food and supermarkets round the corner. The front desk stuff was very nice. Especially Johanna did an outstanding good job!! Check out is not needed. Just leave the keys in the apartment, grab your stuff and leave. Easy as that. All in all we think could not find a better place to stay for exploring Miami. Grat place. Great host. Great area.

Great location in Midtown

We stayed for a full month so I think I can write a pretty accurate review.The place itself is located in a great location in Midtown. It's extremely walkable with shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. all within easy reach.The place itself is large. The living room, both bedrooms, and the terrace are huge. It can handle four people really well. You get two bathrooms, each with double sinks. The kitchen is pretty well outfitted with appliances, though we did have to buy measuring cups and a few other small items. The pots/pans aren't the best, but the bowls, plates, silverware is just fine. The air fryer works but it's really small.The pool at this location is very nice. The fitness room is pretty basic but can get the job done. The management at this facility is great and I had no problems with them at all.The internet connection is solid but a little slow (20 down/10 up) so keep that in mind if you need a fast connection for work. We were able to stream tv apps just fine, even with this connection.The place is a little dated but very clean. The couch in the living room is pretty uncomfortable but the rest of the furniture is okay. I would like to have had a few more shelves, tables, etc to place things on. Staying for a month differs from staying for a few days so these might be very minor concerns for you.Overall, despite the small issues mentioned above, this place was great! I would love to be able to book it again next year.Thanks!Eric

Great stay

Let’s me start by saying how beautiful and clean this property is! Our host was extremely gracious and responsive. There are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I will say this. Pay attention to the security and check in details. There are several things you will need to be aware of to avoid any mishaps such as which gate pass controls what lol. None of it is inconvenient and it’s clear that the safety of this condo’s residence and guest are a priority. We came across the security manager who is a sweetie!! He told us the best restaurants, gave directions and made sure we were having a good time! I would definitely stay here again.
