Das Hotel liegt an den unteren Hängen des Nevadas Kingsbury Grade, dieses geräumige Haus liegt versteckt zwischen den Bäumen zwei einfache Meilen entfernt von der Heavenly Mountain Gondola und der South Shore Nachtleben versteckt, noch nicht.
Im Jahr 2013 renovierte, 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Anwesen verfügt über große, offene Wohnräume, eine schöne neue Küche und neue Fußboden. Die geräumige Küche mit Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte bietet den perfekten Platz, um für ein Essen mit Freunden und Familie zu sammeln. Entspannen Sie sich im Wohnzimmer mit Großbild-TV oder spielen Sie eine Partie Billard auf dem Dachboden.
Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kissen Top Queen Matratze. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Queen-und Doppelbett. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Diese Tahoe Lodge ist genau das Richtige für Sie, egal ob Sie die Pisten am Heavenly Mountain erkunden, wandern, Mountainbike fahren oder die malerischen Strände von Lake Tahoe besuchen möchten.

Belegungsregeln:
1. Je nach Gebietsregeln: Hochzeiten sind weder auf dem Grundstück noch im Haus erlaubt. Sie werden sofort geschlossen und verlieren die Kaution und unterliegen weiteren Bußgeldern.
2 Sie haben zu jeder Zeit nur 10 Personen im Haus. Dies beinhaltet alle Abendessen oder Versammlungen, die Sie haben.
3. Parken: 5 Autos sind jederzeit im Haus erlaubt. Es gibt keine Straßenparkplätze pro Bezirk und Brandschutzregeln. Bei Nichtbeachtung verfällt die Kaution.
4 Bitte helfen Sie uns, unser Haus eine Ferienwohnung zu halten. NOISE ORDINANCE 22.00 BIS 7.00 TÄGLICH und ist in dieser Nachbarschaft sehr streng.

Warm and cozy cabin

We loved the location, warm cozy vibe. When we arrived we appreciated that the lights, and fireplace was on. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature.Loved how it’s all newly remodeled.

Fun Getaway

House appeared recently updated. Plenty of space of 6 adults to hang out and get away. The kitchen does have basics, but if you want a specific size pan bring it along. Loved that there was propane & the grill was ready to use & plenty of parking for 3 SUVs. Also there was hand/dish/laundry soap which was great! Close drive to EVERYTHING! Only down side was there were quite a few spiders that kept popping up, in addition to dead bugs around windows & doorways when we arrived. (But it is Tahoe). Also there is only a house fan, it would be nice to have another fan for hot nights.

Beautiful townhome!

The pictures do this townhome no justice. The home was very clean and newly remodeled. It’s in a great location and the property manager was very attentive and responsive.I would definitely stay here again. Perfect home a family.

Nice Place

Overall this was a really nice place to stay. Minor maintenance is required and the inside could have been a bit cleaner. Overall this is an excellent place and we would recommend this place for sure.

Tahoe Getaway

Good layout to the house for our family/friends snowboard/ski trip. House was warm and water was always heated. Hot tub is a definately plus!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was pretty much exactly what is shown in the listing. Other than a few dirty sheets we noticed upon arrival, and the dishwasher not working, our experience was great. Would definitely stay here again. But please fix that dishwasher so the next group won’t have to hand wash everything!

Solid Stay

Besides a little confusion/trouble with the needed app to check in etc, everything went really well. Beautiful and spacious place. We did have a little moth problem, seeming to have many within the house each night, despite being very diligent on keeping and closing doors. Overall, a great stay.

Great get away house

This is a great house for families. Lots of space for kids. House is stocked well with everything you need except bring your own toiletries ie, shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. House could use some updates especially in bathrooms, showers are old, and house needs minor repairs, broken lamp and holes in wall from door knobs. Has a beautiful kitchen, nice fire place and hot tub on the deck.

Great Property Perfect Location

The house has a lot of room, there were 8 of us and we took advantage of the pool table and family room. We were there for a friend's trip and had an amazing time. The hot tub was big and warmed up quickly. The only downside is there are only 5 beds between 8 people so some of the guys opted to sleep on the couch instead of in a bed with another guy. Either way I would definitely rent this house again. The carpet is old and stained in some places but that didn't bother us. The best features were the close location to the casinos, the hot tub and huge kitchen.

Amazing location and super cool house

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had 4 people, including myself, in the group. We were supposed to have 6 but 2 people bailed. With only 4 ppl, the place was more than enough regarding space. Even with 6 ppl, it would have been comfortable. It was super clean with the exception of pollen everywhere, but that’s nobody’s fault. Location is super close to beaches and town. Our fave part was the kitchen.we cooked the majority of our meals and there were a lot of appliances that made it easy.

This cabine has all of the lists that we were looking but it disappointed us. When we arrived the balcony was not clean it filled with lots of leaves like pans inside cabinet with eggs stick on it. Yes it has a Billiard but cues were out of use.

Great Cabin near stateline

The Cabin was cozy and at a great location. Only 5 minutes away from the Casinos and all stores from South Lake Tahoe. The deck and all the amenities worked great however the deck was covered in yellow pine pollen so we had to clean it up. The interior of the cabin was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, towels and blankets. We did not find clothes detergent, shampoo nor soap. These were minor things that I think the owner could include that would make a more convenient stay as we had to make an extra trip to the store when we realized these items were not there. The cabin is in an area surrounded by plenty of trees and even on hot days would maintain it cool. Overall our stay here was great and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful spot

The location is incredible - just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, casinos, Heavenly and the lake. The house is actually quite spacious and having the garage to park in was a huge bonus because we didn’t have to defrost and scrape snow off the car. Plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was fully supplied in terms of cookware etc. The hot tub worked wonderfully and we did enjoy our stay however the house could use some TLC. Nothing major, just dated and a little dingy, dings in the walls, old carpet, chipping floor in shower. Pool sticks were old and broken, closets and drawers had some junk in them, loose wires sticking out of walls. All that being said we’d stay here again for the purpose we needed becuase of the location, the hot tub and the space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great location! The layout of the house is great too. The management company was great as well.However it was not the cleanest. The blinds need cleaning & our feet were very dirty after walking around the house barefoot. The pots & pans needed cleaning before we could use them and the oven needs cleaning. There weren’t any dish towels in the kitchen or a kitchen garbage can. No soap in the bathrooms. Like I said this house is in a great location and we had a great time. Just needs a deep cleaning.

Cleaning should be improved

The accommodations were great for a group of friends on a ski trip; however, the place needs a deep clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms had not been deep cleaned in quite some time showing mold/mildew in the shower and dust/dirt in the bedroom. If you are going to use white linen make sure they are stain free at all times. Most linen was clean but there was one bed in particular that had a large stain on the comforter and sheets upon arrival. There was also an extra blanket in th living room which had gum stuck to it. In addition a steroid pack from the most recent guest was found in one of the bedrooms. The lodging could also use updated plugs in the bedrooms as it was a struggle finding them and getting your device to remain plugged in . ( Middle bedroom especially) The placed served it's purpose and allowed a great tip skiing, but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness.
