The only reason the location did not get a 5 is the fact there is a cabin right next door and the privacy fence only goes so far and there is very limited privacy when you are in the fenced yard.

The yard is large and well fenced for the three dogs we brought along. It is well laid out for pet owners. The gas grill was clean and ready to use. For me, I wish the couches sat higher up. It was hard on my knees. The kitchen is small if you are a cook, but you can make it work. Very relaxing and I would stay again.

The property is incredibly well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Inside, the layout is just right: three comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a bright, open kitchen, dining, and living area anchored by a beautiful gas log fireplace that makes the space feel cozy and inviting.One of my favorite features is the screened porch overlooking the river—peaceful, private, and perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Outside, the riverfront setup is just as impressive. The firepit is literally right by the water, surrounded by a solid concrete and rock patio with chairs that make it easy to relax and enjoy the view. The hot tub is also perfectly placed for both convenience and scenery.Everything in the cabin worked exactly as it should, which is always a huge plus. We brought our three girls—Bella, Nala, and Molly (2 labs and a Golden) —and they absolutely loved exploring the property.The drive in is a bit long and winding, but honestly, that’s part of what makes this place so special—and it is 100% worth it.My husband and I travel often, and very few properties truly stand out to me the way this one did. The river and view are incredible! Not a dealbreaker but the kitchen and third bedroom are tiny. It wasn’t a problem for us since we had a total of four people but if you have more, it would be quite “cozy”. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

My family and I had an amazing time! The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It did end up raining all day Saturday while we were there, but there was plenty of room on the back porch and inside for us to hang out and play card games. The cabin was very clean, right on the water, and had a fenced in back yard for our doggie. Definitely would recommend to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a great location with a beautiful view of the river. The only downside was the driveway to the cabin, but worth the trip. My family and I were able to play in the river, fish and explore the river. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this cabin. We plan to visit this cabin again.

30th Anniversary Get-Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Porch oversees the river and the sounds of the river can be heard anywhere on the property! We enjoyed Ellijay coffee shops and Panorama Apple House (fried apple pies- the best!)...and Blairsville House of Prayer. The only thing we would change- is to take a four-wheel drive as the first half mile out from the cabin was steep and we had tire slippage. Yes- we would recommend this place to our friends!
