This home is located in old Pensacola, minutes from downtown, the bayou, beach bridge and many neighborhood parks including a large BAY PARK with walking paths, play and exercise stations, boat landings, paddle boarding and tennis courts. The bay park is a great place to picnic and enjoy the views and bay breeze. East Hill neighborhood is a quaint and quiet area, where many families and seniors have lived for generations. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this home is for you. Available year round, you can enjoy this charming home with private driveway, central air and heat and washer and dryer.

Get away from it all and take some time for yourself in this two-bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen, living room and lower living space. With two separate living rooms, guests can utilize for more sleeping space or work and private nooks.

Beach vacation

We had a pleasant experience here as a family coming from California we only had to bring ourselves and our clothes. They had all of the beach things from chairs, umbrellas, towels and even sand toys for our little girl to use. We would highly recommend this place to stay. The house was also very clean.

The house was a nice little place in a nice neighborhood. I recommend replacing the driveway before someone damages a vehicle or someone trips. There is a nasty hole in the driveway and lots of cracks and uneven places. The toilet wobbled. I put some cardboard under the front part to keep it from moving.

Love love love!

We had such an amazing time staying at this cute house! It is a GREAT location to the beach, to the airport, and to a grocery store! Every detail of the house makes it feel so homey! The kitchen is fully stocked, including a crockpot and lots of other kitchenware that makes cooking a breeze. Great air circulation throughout the home and great shower pressure! We would stay here again if we ever came back to Pensacola!

Great location to all areas in Pensacola! Super clean home, well stocked kitchen, game closet, and two sitting areas. The living room has great book selections and a variety of music selections for enjoying. Off of the kitchen is another room for watching TV or playing games. Laundry room included!
