If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then look no further. This beautifully renovated 1200-square foot East Hill home is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola. East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops.

Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.

This fabulous home has a large fenced backyard with deck, gas BBQ grill, fire pit and a covered front porch with swing. This home is family friendly and great for entertaining! Enjoy all the amenities of this home by having the whole place to yourself.

Guests will enjoy the East Hill Community that is filled with many parks, including Bayview Park, located on Bayou Texar. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, runner or just need to relax, you can enjoy fishing, a dog park, fitness equipment, trails, tennis and kayaking. You won't find a more convenient property for whatever you chose to do. In twelve minutes you can be at Pensacola Beach, known for having the whitest sand beaches in the world, soaking up the sun and crystal clear water.

Quincy is a great and responsive host. Cute house with some great amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, good speed internet, and more. This is the perfect place for a short, or like mine, extended stay, for both my dog amd me. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store, all within a few blocks walk. Thank you, Quincy!

Perfect place! We walked to the Farmers Market downtown and the grocery store. Everything was so convenient. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. The front porch swing was a perfect place to start and end the day!

We stayed 2 Weeks at this listing. The interior accommodations were ok but the outdoor space was dismal. The back yard was not taken care of and chairs were filthy and unable to be used. The surrounding homes were very poorly kept. The area in general is good except for the part of the street this house was on. There was great access to a beach but overall we were disappointed in the location and neighborhood.

Peaceful and convenient

This is a lovely house in a quiet and friendly and walkable neighborhood. It’s close to Pensacola restaurants and Joe Patti’s fish market. Publix is 2 blocks away. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach. King bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bath are modernized. Several streaming options on the tv. I recommend this property.

Nice house and nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute on the inside. The check in was so easy. The yard was completely fenced so that even my 5lb little escape artist was unable to escape. The wifi worked great. The neighborhood was quiet. It's located within a few blocks of almost everything. Dog park/dog beach, rental mopeds, Publix, and restaurants. Not far from NAS. Unfortunately I did not get to use the clawfoot tub as I had planned when I first saw it because I forgot. But it was clean and beautiful. One note. The provided shampoos and conditioners have a foil seal on them under the cap. It would be best to open those before getting into the shower. We would love to stay here again when we visit Pcola.

Perfect Jumping off Spot in Pcola

Our family of 5 had such a wonderful stay at this perfectly appointed cottage. The house is spacious with high ceilings and a great living room area. It's walking distance to the grocery store and local gelato and pizza shops. It's also a short drive to the base (we were there to see the Blue Angels) and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Love this neighborhood!

This up and coming neighborhood is the perfect place to stay! Love the close restaurants to walk to. We brought our dogs, and I loved the yard and ease. Cute little home that has great little touches!
