Diese geräumige Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich im Juni 2019 renoviert! Mitten im Herzen von Kaanapali! Das Kaanapali Royal P-301 bietet einige der schönsten Meerblicke auf dem Grundstück. In perfekter Lage mit Blick auf den 16. Abschlag des Royal Kaanapali Golf Course und auf den Pazifischen Ozean ist diese großzügig geschnittene Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Urlaub zu genießen. Bettwäsche ist 2 Könige und ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Mit einem kürzlich renovierten Pool- und Wellnessbereich sowie zwei großen Tennisplätzen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Whaler's Village und der weltberühmte Kaanapali Beach sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Eigenschaft ist das am besten gehütete Geheimnis in West Maui.

Für den Fall, dass Sie nicht mehr weiterkommen möchtenBitte beachten Sie, dass Kaanapali Royal eine "Einrichtungsnutzungs- und Parkgebühr" eingeführt hat. Diese Gebühr anstelle der alten Parkgebühr gilt für ALLE Gäste, die im Kaanapali Royal mit oder ohne Auto in der Unterkunft übernachten. Mit Wirkung zum 1. Juli 2019 wird die neue Gebühr vom Verbandsbüro in Höhe von 20 USD pro Nacht und maximal 7 Übernachtungen (maximal 1 Parkplatz pro Aufenthalt) erhoben. This place was perfect! So clean and equipped with everything imaginable. It was so nice to have so much space for my family of 5. The view is insanely good. Pool was necer crowded. Right across the street from Whalers and the beach. We will be back!

The condo inside was amazing! Very clean, great space. Well taken care of. We did have some construction behind us that I wish we knew about and the road was really loud….but our family still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property! Super clean and updated. Beautiful view and gorgeous Maui sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer in unit was super convenient. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, and boogie board made our beach days so easy! They do have beach towels as well, but we brought our own. We left our sand toys for the next guests to enjoy as that was just about the only thing missing! The location is perfect…just a short walk or drive down the hill to the beach. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again next time!

Great property for two couples

We stayed here with another couple and this property was perfect. The kitchen is large, the bedrooms were comfortable and there’s plenty of room to hang out. The view is very nice, and everything was perfect.

The condo was perfect.

The condo is spotless, nice appliances, nice furnishings, and very comfortable for two adult couples. Actually I have no negative thoughts. The property is quiet and well kept. Great view from the nice balcony. Nice casual pool and hot tub on the property. Overall very satisfied.

Nice place in a great location

This was a beautiful condo within walking distance to Kaanapali Beach/Whalers Village. We really enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. There were some issues with the appliances, but the property management team attended to them very quickly and we’re very communicative during our stay. It was great!

A Place in Paradise

Boy, did we ever choose a winner!!! This place is literally everything you could possibly want in a condo. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderfully appointed (kitchen needs specifically), great location, amazing view, comfortable beds, drawers, cupboards, shelves, all that stuff. There was absolutely nothing that we lacked for. The management company was great to work with. We would select this place again in a New York, er, Maui minute!! I hope we CAN come back. Perfect home away from home!

My family of 5 (2 adults and our our 3 children college/high school age) absolutely loved this beautiful property! Check in was timely and easy, and upon entering we were greeted with the spectacular view of the well manicured golf course and the ocean in the near distance! WOW! The condo was very spacious, updated beautifully, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and made it easy to prepare our breakfasts before heading out to explore beautiful Maui! We loved how easy it was to walk down the short road along the golf course to cross over to Whaler's Village (great restaurants and shops) and the gorgeous Kaanapali beach (and so appreciated the nice beach chairs and coolers that were provided). We also loved having the upstairs room which was so comfortable with a great shower/bathroom and the girls had plenty of space downstairs. The large lanai was perfect for our morning coffee/breakfast and some gorgeous sunsets. We were so happy we found this beautiful property and hope to return again sometime!

Spring Break 2022

Overall a nice experience and met expectations. We were told there was a water leak the day we were to check-in. Property management was on top of it and took care of it. Minor internet connectivity but soon resolved.

Beautiful view and amazing location!!

The view was lovely! Beds are comfortable. A very short walk to Whalers Village and Black Rock Beach. Overall, we had a great stay at the condo aside from the small hiccup with registering/paying for parking. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevators. May not be ideal for anyone that has trouble walking or climbing stairs. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!
