Genießen Sie die schönen Strände von Las Conchas in der Casa Arcos Del Mar. Nur eine kurze Strecke vom Strand entfernt. Dieses zweistöckige Haus ist perfekt für bis zu 14 Gäste und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude, Kabel-TV und Highspeed-Internet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit Möbeln aus dunkler Erle eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Pillow-Top-Bett sowie eine große ebenerdige Dusche im angrenzenden Badezimmer. Die Aussicht ist auf den Ozean gerichtet.
Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat auch ein Pillow-Top-Kingsize-Bett auf einem Kirschholzrahmen, Blumendrucke und einen Schrank mit Nachttisch. Die Aussicht ist auf die Lichter der Stadt gerichtet.
Im dritten Schlafzimmer finden Sie zwei Queen-Size-Matratzen. Es gibt eine Kommode, einen Nachttisch und einen großen Kleiderschrank.

Das 4. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Pillow-Top-Betten mit passenden Bettwäsche-Sets mit Unterwasser-Muster. Ozeanansichten, Ozean themenorientierte Wände bilden dieses große für die Kinder. Das Badezimmer hat eine begehbare Dusche, Kommode und Waschtisch.

Genießen Sie das tolle Zimmer im zweiten Stock! Dort finden Sie einen Fernseher mit DVD. Das Erdgeschoss hat einen eigenen großen Raum mit einem Billardtisch. Es gibt auch Korbsofas, 2 Einzelbetten und 2 große Futons.

Großer Essbereich. und alle benötigen Geräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Waffeleisen, Tontöpfe sowie eine eingebaute Mikrowelle, eine Glasplatte und einen Kühlschrank nebeneinander. Es gibt auch 5 Barhocker. Das Haus hat eine eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Terrasse am Strand ist großartig und geräumig, mit einer mit Palapa bedeckten Bar, einem Grill und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten.

Pictures don’t show house.

The first floor of house looked like it was still under construction those pictures were not in listing. Fridge did not work the two days we spent there. Will not be staying here again.

Good time with a couple issues

The process once in Mexico was smooth and easy. House was nice. Near the beach. Only complaints is the water pressure is very low and water only got lukewarm. Refrigerator/freezer doesn’t get cold. Had fresh caught fish in the freezer for 3 days and it never froze. We got it home slightly chilled. We’ll see if it kept!?

Great property for our weekend stay and fishing trip.

We came to Rocky Point to charter a boat for deep sea fishing. This house was perfect for us. It had plenty of room for everyone (7 men). The main area (kitchen, dining, family room, and upper deck was very spacious and had a decent view of the ocean. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

1 of 3 bedroom down stairs the floor was not clean & not very nice 1 key no box

Guests were not comfortable w cameras 24/7. 1 house key and no lock box. No garbage disposal. Very weak water pressure.

Not the best stay

This house needs some TLC. It was a bit dusty. We were there in December and the heat did not work. We did not have enough toilet paper or paper towels. We did not have enough garbage bags either. So those are things that should be provided. Definitely need to pay attention to detail.

Good place for large groups

The house is quite large and can accomodate a lot of people without feeling crowded. We did have some issues with the water but we called management and they sent someone over right away. One downside was that the beach that you can walk to is very rocky so we had to drive a bit to find an area of the beach where there were less rocks. It was only a 5 minute drive. There are only 2.5 baths so if you're sharing with people who are not family, some will have to share showers, just FYI. It's not the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The beds and bed sheets/comforters are old and dated but I always bring my own pillows and blankets. The house is a short drive from town and there is a small market that's very close for anything you forget. Overall it's good value for the money.

Not Good

This house needs a lot of work, a lot of things broken, missing, low water pressure. One of the bathrooms didn't even have a shower head. They shut the internet down the night before our checkout day. The garage door wasn't operable & landscaping looks like the house is abandoned. The sliding glass doors aren't working properly & the blinds are broken so there isn't any privacy from the neighbors. Not even the front driveway is easily accessible to the road condition. As much as they charge to stay at this place you would think it would be in good shape but that's not the case. I don't recommend staying here until a lot of things get done.

I am interested in hearing your comments so that we can improve and make your next vacation even better, we are taking your comments into account we value your feedback and will look to improve in any way we can, I do apologize for all the inconvenience that you went through during your stay, we do have maintenance available to help fix any issues you may find when checking in to the house, that is the reason we provide the contact information for the office and a number for any emergencies. Regarding the water issues, there is a water scarcity in Rocky Point, more so in areas a little further from town, since the houses are provided water through the city pipes if there is less water than normal flowing into the Las Conchas area the cisterns have a difficult time remaining full or being filled up, and that negatively affects water pressure. We apologize for the shower head that was missing, maintenance was working on it, but he could not find a replacement until the day of your check-in when it was installed. We will inspect and attempt to fix all the maintenance issues mentioned, regarding WIFI unfortunately in Mexico there is occasionally complete drop-in service due to the infrastructure. Regarding the garage, since the owner’s belonging are stored there, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that if you have any further comments do not hesitate to contact us again. Looks are deceiving

The property is in a perfect location. Easy to get to not so far from everything but far enough to get away. The only thing is it doesn’t look as nice and clean as in the pictures. Needs a makeover the downstairs rooms are by what once was a garage pool table scratched and missing the balls so u can’t play pool which is what i was really looking forward to. You can’t wash clothes due to water outage. But I will say I had an amazing time and I still loved staying here would stay again too. I’m not a picky person I just figured that I’m gonna get what was in the description and maybe it was true when they first rented out but it’s out dated so they should update the description because then I feel like u r being lied to. I didn’t complain to the office but made that suggestion. So they should either updat the decor paint and dust and get rid of pool table and the house would be 10stars

Do not rent

This house was dirty! The blankets had seamen stains on the comforter washed those immediately. The house was dusty. Thank god a couple decided not to go last minute because the extra bed queen bed was locked with no key. No spices I tried calling the office. No answer. The water pressure was very bad. There is a sign on the fridge that you have to turn off water as you’re lathering then open to rinse off. There are no spices in the cubbards. The first night was ok. Until o woke up with bed bug bites all over my legs and back. Needless to say I slept on the couch. We tried calling the office yet again, no answer. Finding the place was awful the address they have listed in the email was not where gps took me you have to look up casago it’s next to little Caesar’s on the main strip. The employees were very sweet so that’s a plus how ever when telling staff about the problems we had the man stated we should have called. I told him I did.. he only said we will look into it. Never offered a little of my money back or a discount on my next rental. I do not recommend this house at all unless you want to take friends home with you. Currently treating my luggage with bed bug bombs and poison. Possibly going to just burn it all.

Huge house & great location

We had a great time at Casa Arcos! We had our family of 5 plus another family of 4, and there was a whole bedroom we did not even use. We should have taken more friends! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with just 1 king bed in each (one is the master). Downstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms with 2 beds in each (I think 2 queens or a queen and a full). There is also a futon and sectional couch downstairs. The kids loved having their own floor of the house. Beds were a little hard but fine. They provided linens, towels, hand soap and dish soap. They also provided 5 gal of drinking water. There was some concern we would run out of running water for showers, so we took very short showers and conserved water as much as possible. They said not to do laundry. All kitchen appliances worked fine. The owner has 2 kayaks you can rent, but we did not try them. The owner also has a couple of beach chairs that we used. There are 2 houses between this house and the beach, but there's a nice little alley to access the beach. It took all of 2 minutes walking to reach the sea. We brought kayaks and SUP boards and snorkel gear, which were perfect. Definitely need to bring water shoes. As other reviews mentioned, the house is showing its age and lack of care. The tiles are falling off, the outdoor plants need tending, etc. But for a week on the beach, it was absolutely perfect. The one thing I did not love was the customer service. It took FOREVER to each someone from Casago (via phone and text). They promised to bring more paper towels and garbage bags, but they never came. We bought our own. They did come refill the propane for the grill, so that was nice. I did not love having to go to Casago's office to check in and check out, either. It's on the way, but seemed odd compared to usual VRBO procedures. And they did not provide any added benefit. When I asked the man checking us in for some local advice, like where to get the best tacos, he barely responded and offered no advice. Bummer. All in all, it was great, and we would stay here again.

Best Christmas

This was all of our first time to Puerto Peñasco. We were all a little nervous and did not know what to expect from the house we rented, the area or the town. But we were all very pleased. There was enough room for all of us, beautiful views, beautiful decorations and an overall welcoming atmosphere.

Casa arco del mar

Great area to stay, close walking distance to the beach, my family and I enjoyed the view, we stayed a week. I do have to say the home could use a little tlc and the yard as well. Needs better care. Pictures online look better than in person, we lost electricity several times, but I believe it was the whole neighborhood.

Big house not enough water

Weather was nice, but house was a nightmare when the water would run out. We had 17 people in the house from teens to adults and for about 2/3's of the time we stayed at the house there was no water. I had to call owner like 3 to 4 times.(she was very nice) I called the property managers like 3 times after hours. Imagine all those people and no running water. Some guest had to use rest room at a store or something close by. I had to go for so much water to get the toilets to flush and it was a mess. I did not enjoy myself bringing water. The owner kept telling me we are using too much water that we emptied the water tank, that was a lie. Maintenance man came like 3 or 4 time. The last time maintenance guy went, he told me the electrostriction was going to go fix the pump.... never went. I went to sleep 2 nights without taking a shower or even able to rinse off. Never again at that location. Landscape was also a mess. There was a bunch of palm tree landscape trash as soon as you drive in the drive way. Also the fridge was set to 3 and taped it so you don't move it. You know how many times the fridges gets opened when 17 people stay in one house, a lot. Also they tell you not to lower the AC below 78 because the mini split well freeze over.

It was really nice, house was nice but definitely can be cleaner. A/C units could be updated. A/C unit by the balcony was leaking water and was slippery and dangerous. Overall it was nice and spacious for the big family.

The property it was ok

Everything was ok only the problem was that one of the air conditioning in one bedroom it wasn’t working and the technician went but didn’t make it work so we didn’t use that bedroom, the second thing no towels at all, and the last thing they promise us beach umbrellas and chairs for the beach and kayaks but they didn’t show up for open the door from the storage room

Nice place/needs repairs

Pros Nice and big for 10 adults and to have beds each. Location is fine Lil out of the way not bad. Great view updated house. Nice neighborhood with lots of condos and new ones being built. Internet access Cons: Water on storage tank which means u You can run out. So short showers and no laundry if possible “during peak season” No towels at all(none), one dish towel. Pool table felt was destroyed no playing pool at all. Garage door was broken so not able to access garage. The driveway was rough getting into with motorcycles garage side. Only the one shower downstairs is rough and one in master. Long dirt road in to house maybe 2 miles
