We loved our stay at this pretty little apartment.
Even though it is small, it was totally sufficient for 2. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we were really happy to find a hair dryer and 2 more beach towels there, too. It was really clean and the proprietor was friendly. She recommended us that it was easier and cheaper to go to Cannes, Monaco etc. by train than by car because of the traffic and because there are not many parking possibilities nearby, which we did then. The bed was big, too.
Also we wouldn't have thought it was THIS close to the beach and the market, that was awesome :) There were a lot of little grocery stores, bars, clothing stores, restaurants, boulangeries etc. nearby, but I recommend you to go grocery shopping at Monoprix at the Place Garibaldi and the Saleya market (fruits and vegetables and also bread), it's cheaper and fresher than the little stores around the apartment.
We also tried the indian restaurant Delhi Belhi, which was just 2 minutes away, it was delicious. The beach is just 3-5 minutes away, depending on the traffic ;)
To get to the apartment, you need to walk up the street, which has some stairs, so don't travel too heavy :D
