Dear Sue, Many thanks for your review. I am delighted you enjoyed your stay. I am interested to learn which amenities needed maintenance? I am pleased to learn whatever issue you had was dealt with promptly by the management company who are exceptional. In the house booklet, there is a 24 hour emergency number for out of hours emergencies for the managing agents, so therefore there are no restrictions. It is necessary for the upkeep of the house to have Lucinda, our housekeeper attend to the house daily. Most guests like the luxury of having their beds made and bathrooms cleaned, but I am glad your requests were met. With regards to the essentials, I am sorry for this. They should have been in place and I will investigate this. With regards to the walk to the beach. There is a dirt track which can be walked quickly, but with children’s buggies it is better to take the longer route. Take care and good wishes, Angela
