Amazing location for beach lovers and the pool is sizeable for the villa. Was perfect for our pool party! Lots of space and various seating areas perfect for a big group to give some quiet space but also families who like dining options! Short taxi ride to busier areas if nightlife preferred and some locely restaurants and beach bars in walking distance

Thanks so much for the review,we are glad you had a great stay at the villa,we take all feedback seriously and if ok I will contact you regarding your concerns about the bathrooms. Two of the four bathrooms have been fully refurbished within the last two years, the other two bathrooms are fully tiled in classic marble, but of course we value all of our guests opinions. Best of luck for the future, Regards David

We have just arrived back and can't wait to return. This villa was perfect for our 2 family group of 11.The location was fantastic 1 minute to the beach, we all enjoyed the pool which was pristine clean, plenty of beach towels too.We are in a few times bbq was great and kitchen well supplied.Several different areas to chill and eat or get away and spend some alone time.Air conditioning in all rooms was a godsend and something we don't usually find.Communication with hist was great and he sorted out any queries straight away. There were a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk our favourites were Fishbowl and Los Angeles.A little further afield but still within walking distance was cabo roig strip bit we did not try this out.Fantastic holiday Thanks David

I booked this villa for me and some girlfriends to celebrate a big birthday. The villa is simply gorgeous and huge! There were 11 girls, but there was so much space, it never felt crowded. The gardens and pool area were so gorgeous, and the beach is just 1 minute walk away. Lovely golden sand and a great beach bar, which is open until 9.I arranged a supermarket delivery, which was taken in for our arrival. There is also a big supermarket 10 minutes up the road, so we did a shop there and got a cab back, which was super easy.We really enjoyed the upstairs terrace, for breakfast and for drinks after dinner. There are plenty of restaurants up the road on the main strip. We went to Restaurante Mamma Mia on Cabo Roig twice. The food was very tasty, but you need to be hungry as the portions are huge. The fillet steak was particularly good and the prices were very reasonable. There is also a covered terrace downstairs, which we often used for lunch or just some shade. The communication with the host was was fab, with quick responses to any questions we had.The villa is very well cared for and we were so sad to leave, but we have made some great memories.Would love to go back

Perfect location and house had every amenity you could think of. Great communication and assistance from the owner. The only small thing that if different would have been 5 stars was the beds and bedding. If the sheets had fitted and more pillows it would have definitely been 5 stars!

Hi Karen, Thanks for taking the time to review the villa, a little bit miffed that you only gave a 4 star because of not enough pillows (there are extra in every room)We have never had a complaint about the bedding before and we shall certainly discuss this with our cleaning company. Maybe, it was because you mistakenly believed the cleaners attended daily to change the sheets (I had to clarify it was a self catering holiday). Overall though ,we are glad you had a great stay at the villa and hope to see you all again in the future. Regards David

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful time in the villa as a group of friends, the property is beautiful and even better than the pictures. The very short walk to the lovely beach was a huge plus. One of our favourite things about the villa was the large terrace, where we had breakfast every morning. It was the perfect base for our girls trip, thank you!

Enjoyable stay in a spacious villa

We had a great stay in this spacious villa with a lovely pool. Good communication throughout with David the owner and Alex was available upon arrival with some general information on the villa. Would highly recommend but be prepared for the hill if you want to experience the excellent range of bars and restaurants nearby!

Hi Lorraine, Thank you very much for the glowing review ,we are glad you had a lovely time at the villa. Fortunately, the villa is right next to the sea which as you know is at sea level,so the only way to walk is uphill if you want to leave Dehesa De Campoamor. I am 65 and manage the slight incline very easily but I can understand it may be more challenging for some elderly or people with health issues. Luckily, taxis are very cheap to take you to a bar or restaurant or why not try the many restaurants in Dehesa De Campoamor within a five minute walk. Perhaps the beach bar at the end of the road! Overall though,we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regards David

30th Birthday Celebrations

We were a group of girls aged 20 to 65 celebrating a 30th birthday. The villa is perfect for a large group with lots of separate spaces to sit together or enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved the area and the beach was beautiful. There were lots of lovely restaurants nearby and shops to pick up food and drinks. The owner David and Alex were always on hand and gave us lots information and tips on the run up to our stay. A lovely villa which I would recommend and hope to return in the future

Great location

Weather was hot but with our own lovely pool, aircon in all the rooms, a shaded dining area and the sea just a minute's walk away, we had a lovely relaxed holiday. Alex met us for checkin and was only a phonecall away if we needed him. Villa was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We were pleased to find beach mats, deck chairs, umbrellas, balls and pool toys, as well as beach towels. There was plenty of gas for the barbecue too.

A wonderful holiday and a beautiful home: as a large family we enjoyed every minute with the weather, proximity to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants playing a massive part, but the villa itself was something else. A fantastic pool with lots of seating at pool side and adjacent to a bbq area with both seating in the sun or covered. Full sized kitchen and dining area appropriate for needs of all. Several lounge areas so we all had space to relax quietly or party together either inside or out.Beautiful mature gardens maintained to a high standard to relax in throughout the day.Bathrooms and bedrooms were of a high standard, comfortable and the home was spotless on arrival.Communication was prompt, clear and accommodating, with the host going above and beyond on several occasions allowing for a late checkout and facilitating a food delivery prior to a late evening arrival over a holiday period.I'm sure I've missed some things, but the details will be listed on the website in regardsto what facilitiesareavailable, this is more of a 'what springs to mind' review. In short, excellent accommodation and area, proximity to the airport, to the beach, bars, restaurant and shops and a host willing to assist when they are able! 5*****

myself and my wife are based in Essex, and we found this villa which we fully refurbished, the villa is in an affluent area with private security,it has a large private pool, this area is an oasis along this part of the coast, next to the beach and a ten minute walk to the cabo roig strip, home to many bars and restaurants, there are also some local bars and restaurants nearer if you fancy a short walk along the beach to the marina.
This area has something for everyone, whether it is lively, golf, beach, shopping or just spending long nights on the balcony with a bottle of wine

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Location,Location,Location. Quality,Quality,Quality.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Just a lovely area. Also love the walk along the beach and around the marina, taking in the views.
