Nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella und 500 Metern vom Dom entfernt, Via Zannoni, im historischen Viertel von San Lorenzo, von 48 qm Dachboden, dem zweiten und letzten Stock, hell, mit Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett (160x200) , Doppelbett auf dem Dachboden (max 140 cm - ideal für Kinder), Sitzecke mit Sofa-Bett, für insgesamt 6 Betten. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Balkon, sehr selten im historischen Zentrum von Florenz.
Kostenloser Wifi-Netzwerk, Farb-TV, Klimaanlage.
Die Wohnung ist komplett für den Alltag (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine usw.) ausgestattet
Ein Großteil der Möbel sind antike Stücke fein restauriert, sind alle Gerichte neu. Der Preis beinhaltet die Bettwäsche und Handtücher und Endreinigung
Via zannoni ist eine zentrale Straße, direkt in dem berühmten Markt von San Lorenzo, reichen Herzen der Stadt mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Ein paar Meter von der Wohnung gibt es auch einen Waschsalon. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Zug, sondern auch bequem mit dem Auto, da es nur 50 Meter von einer großen überdachten Parkplatz und beheizt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig angesichts der Aussicht auf den Innenhof, wurde komplett im Dezember 2014 renoviert.

Die Wohnung hat eien perferkte Lage für eien Stadtreise. man ist mittendrin und hat trotzdem Ruhe in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist aureichend. Einschränkend waren die ständigen Kochgerüche der benachbarten Küchen. Ich mag Knoblauch aber hlt nicht ständig zu jeder tges und Nachtzeit ;) Das beschribene bett auf der Empore ist lediglich fürmenschen mit Örpergröße bis 1,40 nutzbar, sonst muss man demütig auf Knien dahin rutschen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche in Florenz, völlig unkomplizierte, unabhängige Mietbedingungen und die Möglichkeit jederzeit um Hilfe zu bitten. Tip an den Vermieter, entweder warme Decken oder Heizung an. Es war sehr kühl in der Nacht! Für Paare die Florenz entdecken möchten gut geeignet.

Great apartment and location!

Exactly as advertised, this made for a perfect home base during our Florence visit for me and my wife. Close and convenient within walking distance of all major attractions, but quiet inside apartment. Cute space and terrace, multiple comfortable beds, and the kitchen and washing machine came in handy too. Host was very friendly and responsive as well!

Needs a deep clean!

Good location, but needs a deep clean. Although the apartment has AC, it does not reach the loft. It is too hot to sleep in the loft and the fan they provide is useless (they should at least provide a functional fan), so I would not count that as a sleep option. It is also extremely dusty, you can eat the dust! The entire apartment needs a deep clean. I wiped down the kitchen counter and moved the items on their counter to wipe under - and it was gross. Hopefully, I cleaned enough for the next guest. This place is good for a max of three people. If you don't mind being in a tight dusty place, then you might be okay. The location is good.

Un piccolo appartamento ben attrezzato e confortevole. Proprietari molto disponibili. Unico neo, si trova in una zona pedonale irraggiungibile alle auto private a qualunque ora, quindi un po' scomodo se si hanno molti bagagli.

Great Apartment Next to Central Market

Great apartment very nicely located next to the Market Centrale and a short walk from the train station, Duomo, etc. Our host was very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Would stay here again!

Perfect location!

This lovely small apartment is located in the middle of the historic district, a short walk from the Santa Novella train station. Minutes from the Duomo. It was clean, comfortable, and was furnished with everything we needed. The charming little balcony is an added bonus. Not noisy at all. A great find if you want to be near the action. Fabrizio, who greeted us, was charming and gave us great tips. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. This apartment is in a great location. Right in the middle of everything - we were able to walk just about everywhere. The restaurant right outside the front door if fabulous, too - we ate there every night (my husband still dreams of the tagliatelle). There is a corner store right by the front door for snacks and small groceries, and the larger grocery store is only a short walk away.The flea market is very close, at the end of the street. We were in the middle of a month-long tour of Europe with three kids (aged 15, 14 and 11), and this was the best place we stayed because it was so convenient and had lots of room for everyone. We love the decor in the apartment, too, it is so cozy and welcoming. The neighbors are kind and helpful. Massimo made the process very easy and we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Florence!

splendida vacanza

Abbiamo passato 4 meravigliosi giorni, la casa è bellissima, confortevole e piena di fascino, in pieno centro storico a due passi dalle meraviglie di Firenze. Nonostante il mercato quotidiano vicinissimo la casa è tranquilla e silenziosa, dotata di tutti i confort e pulitissima. Grazie a Rita per il benvenuto e la disponibilità e grazie a Massimo per l'accoglienza, speriamo di tornare presto!

Great central stay in Florence

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this very conveniently located apartment. Close to the train station so we could walk with our suitcases without any problem. The stairs up to the apartment would be a little challenging for anyone with mobility issues but we had no problems (a couple ages 60 & 54). The apartment was quiet even though it was so close to the market. Kitchen was fairly well equipped - we cooked a lot. Manager was quick to assist with the one small issue we had with the washing machine. Overall, good place for a short stay in Florence.

Great place!

We had a great stay at this well located apartment. It was clean and conveniently situated near attractions, an indoor market, public transportation, and several restaurants. The owner was available and communicative. We mistakenly left behind our daughter's retainer, and the owner kindly sent it to us when we returned home. Thanks for everything!

Very good and clean apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 3 days. It is bang in the center of Florence and access to all the amenities, the markets, transport and the various monuments that are walking distance. The apartment was self contained on the 2nd floor and had everything that a family would want in a clean and spotless condition. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive and attended to our needs via quick whatsapp messages during our stay. The apartment was very secure as well. Full 5 stars.

Un posto da consigliare

Buona sera, sicuramente il punto di forza sono la posizione piu`che ottima e nello stesso tempo la tranquillita`presso il Suo appartamento. L`unica osservazione negativa e`forse quella di dover sistemare il letto con lenzuola e federa, cosa che nei nostri appartamenti e`ovvio trovare gia`pronto. Comunque siamo stati bene e lo consiglieremo.

La ringrazio per il suo apprezzamento. Per quanto riguarda il problema della biancheria, purtroppo la normativa italiana non mi consente di preparare i letti o offrire altri tipi di servizi alberghieri in quanto io affitto la casa come privato e non come struttura ricettiva extralberghiera (come invece lo sono i bed & breakfast, le case vacanze etc). So che questo puó apparire come un disservizio e, francamente, me ne faccio un cruccio perché vorrei tanto che i miei ospiti si trovassero a proprio agio al 100% ma, davvero, non mi é possibile erogare anche questo tipo di servizio. Spero di averla nuovamente come mio gradito ospite. Cordiali sLuti

Great apartment!

The apartment has a great character and plenty of space. It is within a walking distance to all the major attractions. The market across the street was amazing and super convenient. It is five minutes away from the train station. We loved it!

Une excellente situation pour découvrir Florence et ses trésors à pieds; il vaut mieux d'ailleurs venir en avion car les parkings sont chers. Le logement , la literie sont propres et il ne manque rien d'utile. (cependant nous n'étions que 2 adultes) L'accueil de Béatrice a été très sympathique et la relation avec Massimo très cordiale. Un petit bémol: l'appartement manque de lumière; c'est vrai que c'est le centre historique de Florence: on ne peut pas tout avoir...

Carinissimo appartamento in centro a Firenze

Carinissimo appartamento in centro a Firenze, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale e nel cuore del Mercato Centrale che consiglio di visitare a pranzo o a cena! L'appartamento è arredato con mobili in stile e con cucina in muratura con un piccolo terrazzino. Ottima base per visitare Firenze e i suoi musei spostandosi semplicemente a piedi. Nelle vie circostanti abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per la spesa e molto altro.... I bambini si sono divertiti a dormire nel letto sul soppalco!

Nel cuore della cittá

La cosa che piú abbiamo amato di questo piccolo ma curatissimo loft é la posizione. Tutto é a portata di mano, come il ristorante di fronte a casa (ottimo), il minimarket alla porta accanto, i maggiori monumenti a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Il mercato di San Lorenzo é bellissimo, ci sono decine di negozi, ristoranti, bar con una vita notturna incredibile, sembra di essere in una piazza di una localitá estiva! Insomma, ci siamo davvero divertiti e aver avuto come base questa bella casetta in centro é stato fondamentale

The whole structure and liberty furnishings, as well as the staircase in cast iron, are dedicated to the period in which Florence, in 1800, was the capital of Italy. It was in that period that was built the beautiful San Lorenzo Market which is right in front of the house.
The house is very bright and quiet, despite being in the heart of the historic city center
