Das Gebäude 1521 befindet sich oben auf dem Bergrücken und bietet die BEST OCEAN VIEWS. Der üppig grüne Kapalua Bay Golf Course grenzt an die Eingangsseite des Gebäudes für Sunset Views!

Der großzügige Grundriss und die warmen Farbtöne schaffen eine einladende und entspannende Atmosphäre. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Gewölbedecken, ein großes Sofa, zwei Stühle, einen Couchtisch, Beistelltische, einzigartige Kunstwerke, einen Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage und eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine große, geflieste Veranda. Diese Veranda bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und bietet den Gästen den perfekten Ort, um die Passatwinde zu genießen.

Das erste Ihrer beiden renovierten Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, einen Waschtisch mit Granitoberflächen, Massivholzschränke, Fliesenböden, einen Schrank sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Das Hauptbadezimmer ist mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden und bietet den Gästen einen ruhigen Raum, der selbst mit den besten Spas mithalten kann

Das große Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Ventilator, eine Klimaanlage und eine Kommode für viel zusätzlichen Stauraum.

Absolutely Wonderful

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in mid-March. This rental home is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The views are absolutely breathtaking as are the landscaped grounds. The location is perfect and serene. We would definitely want to stay at this home again.

Terrific Location

Lovely view from this condo on the top of the Ridge. Lots of elbow room and well equipped kitchen. East access to Coastal Trail and beaches, and of course fabulous golf courses. Our visit ended as COVID restrictions were getting serious; our special thanks to manager for allowing late checkout when our flights home were changed by airline with short notice. Kapalua Vacation

We are trying to get a refund of our rental fees. This rental property was infested with Cockroaches, and we were ordered to evacuate the Island due to the Lahaina fires. The property management company has not been good about getting back to us on this matter.

Gorgeous view, gorgeous property

My wife and I have stayed in a number of Ridge & Bay villas in Kapalua, but the pics don’t do is one justice. It was the nicest and most well-kept condo in which we’ve ever stayed on Maui- bar none. The view is great, as the hill on which the Ridge properties sit afford a wonderful vista of Molokai, Oneloa Beach (which you’ll love for its cleanliness and its relative seclusion) and the west Maui coastline. The unit itself was comfortable, quiet (despite a somewhat noisy bedroom A/C) and was well appointed. Even the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. We look forward to Kapalua every year, and we certainly look forward to staying here again! Mahalo!

That lanai view, the gift that kept giving

Any quibbling qualification would somehow undermine what was a really great short vacation stay for our family. It is a telling fact that our only real regret on this vacation was that we didn't have more time to enjoy Kapalua and Maui generally with this place as our home (away from home) base. Woke up every morning and headed straight to the lanai for coffee, sometimes with my spouse, sometimes with my son, and sometimes with the singing birds who would show up. Every day was a different sometimes jolt-upright beautiful sunrise, even when rain swept through. Well-kept grounds, a quick walk down to the beach, economical communications from hosts--highly recommend.

Beautiful stay

The only negative comment I would give was when I checked in. Reservations stated check in at 4pm. I got there around 430p and to my surprise as I open the door I see bags at the door. I said hello to see if anyone was there and someone was in the unit. The cleaner was still in the unit. Brought back memories about a movie I just watched about a double booking at a VRBO. Movie was not good. 30 minutes later she finally left. Just felt awkward. Definitely recommend staying at this property. Beautiful, clean, convenient and breathtaking views.

Anniversary trip

The views and location of the property were great and easy walking distance to beach. The area around the Condo was quiet and the adjoining units had little, to no noise transfer! Condo was located near restaurants and also a small grocery store, so you did not have to drive to the nearest town for food. Our only complaint we had, was an issue with the clothes washer. The first item was the mouldy smell, property management help with baking soda. The second issue, the washer broke down on our 5th day into our trip. Management were quick to address, but the Owner of Condo were slow on making a decision & eventually decided on trying to repair, as opposed to replacing the washer. So long story short, we had no clothes washer for the rest of the 10 days of our trip. We were told to use a laundry mat for washing clothes and were told to send the bill to the property management company and not the Owners. Over all loved the condo and it’s location just really put damper on the overall experience having to sought out a laundry mat:-)

Outstanding Property and Location

We traveled to all places in Mauii on our visit and if we had to do it all over again we we pick this property and location again, hands down. The only hiccup, if you want to call it that, was. our door code did not work when we arrived at 11 PM. In a panic, I called the property manager number and left a message. Within 5 minutes they called back and reset the code. These things can happen anywhere and it was resolved very quickly. Awesome place and great views!!

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful location with phenomenal ocean view. A great alternative to the crowded, bustling resort areas. Nearby to conveniences and beach, yet quiet and relaxing.

Kapalua Ridge Villa 1521

Kapalua Ridge is a lovely area, just not for us. Property Mgr was less than eager to assist us with finding our location/Villa 1521. Kitchen was wiped down at best. Dirty silver fry pan was left unwashed and placed in cabinet. Greasy oiled fingerprints and food on the knobs and surroundings, splattered beverages in the water dispenser of refrigerator. Smeared grease on fronts of oven, dishwasher and microwave. Bathrooms and entire villa spot cleaned and left very dusty, clearly the towel bars, toilet holders and toilet backs not wiped down. I did use the bottle of Lysol and half a roll of paper towels to clean kitchen, cabinets, bathrooms. Master Bedroom - Bed is HORRIBLE, no support, worst 3 nights ever, minimal sleep at best. For the area and the price, get a real King Bed. For the positives: Kitchen well stocked, loved having the beach towels, Ice chests, beach chairs. Keyless entry worked well, covered parking made it easy. Decorated nicely. Deck was nice, little small and very windy so we didn't use it. This particular location didn't offer a Sunrise or Sunset view. We turned off the A/C units the minute we walked in as they are noisy and weather didn't warrant them being on. Not likely that we would stay here again. Mahalo

Aloha Manuel, We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your time on Maui. We apologize that the cleaning wasn’t satisfactory. We have logged that the pre-check team had checked everything off as in spotless condition before your arrival and we would have sent someone back if you had given us the chance to remedy the issues. We did not receive any calls from you while you were with us to let us know that there were issues with the cleaning or with the AC being loud? We log all our communication with our guest and there were no missed calls from you. We have had stellar 5-star reviews and the guest that checked in before you and after you have left us 5 stars. We strive to maintain our high reviews and also would have been happy to come immediately to remedy the issues. We cannot fix something if we are not notified. The Bed is a brand new mattress and it is on a beautiful platform bed frame and it is a Real King Mattress. We offer beautiful spanning Ocean Views from the lanai. In the future, please don’t hesitate to call our Service Managers to assist you with any issues during your stay. For most issues, we can have someone out the same day. Know that we value your feedback and are constantly working towards improvement and professionalism in our company. Mahalo.

Location is great!

The Ridge is beautiful, well maintained and quiet. View is great, close to nice beaches, nice walking trail near by, lots of whale sightings from the lanai (best with binoculars), condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy and efficient communication. We always stay at the Ridge and we love it.

Amazing Villa - Exceeded Expectations!

This is a beautiful property in an amazing neighborhood. Views were even better than the photos depict. Décor is tropical, and the accommodations were more than comfortable. The starter/welcome kit was a classy touch. We will definitely plan to book this unit again!

Respite in Kapalua

Found the condo on VRBO and it had no reviews but we were familiar with the area. The condo is beautiful - well appointed, modern, super comfortable, and overall, in great shape. We would absolutely stay there again in a heart beat! We even got to see some whales from our balcony although just the spouting water being shot up but pretty amazing. Highly recommend and hope we can come back soon!
