Das Tropical Winds 601 ist ein Eckhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern mit einer Fläche von ca. 120 m² im 6. Stock. Kommt mit voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Esstisch mit Platz für 6 Personen und zwei zusätzlichen Barhockern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat eine Reihe von Zwillingen mit einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, so dass die Wohnung 8 bequem schlafen.

Tropical Winds liegt ungefähr 1,6 km westlich des Highway 59. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Außenpool, ein kleines Fitnesscenter, einen Grillbereich und einen * Tagungsraum *. 2 auto limit. ** Monatliche Parkgebühren pro Monat ** Mindestmietdauer 25 Jahre.

Nice sized condo with beautiful view and beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a beautiful location with a large balcony overlooking the gulf. Our teenage girls enjoyed both the pool and being able to walk right out to the beach. The condo was overall very clean but the couches, mattresses, comforters and curtains are fairly worn and due for replacement. The room with twin beds had the squeakiest beds and the curtain was stained. The primary bedroom overlooking the gulf also had a squeaky bed. The washer and dryer came in handy although the washer made awful sounds like it needs to be repaired or replaced. There are a couple of restaurants and a small expensive convenience store within walking distance but I'd definitely recommend having a car for the best variety of restaurants and affordable groceries. Overall it is a very nice, good sized condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Good location and had a very nice view of the beach. Elevator was a little scary and needs to be looked at. Some updates and a deep cleaning should be done. Overall not bad and served it purpose.

The location was perfect - close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The condo had a beautiful view and was easy to access. Couple minor issues: ice maker did not work, loud and slow washer and dryer, WiFi needed to be fixed but was quick to fix the issue. Overall, it was a great week with no major issues.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. Plenty of room in the condo. The 3rd bathroom was priceless so everyone could get ready at the same time. Separate ice maker didn't work but ice maker in freezer did and that was enough for us. Very pleased and will be coming back next year to this same condo if it all works out to do so! Everyone staying at the tropical winds were nice and the designated beach area for us was not overcrowded like other locations. Just perfect!

The beds that we were sleeping on was a very uncomfortable, also we had to use these turnout sofa, it too, was very uncomfortable. The location was great. The beach was great.

Great place to stay!

Room for everyone. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. Everything has been updated and very clean. Right on the beach with pool. We will definitely be renting again. Would love to see a crock pot added to kitchen items so I could throw something in for dinner in the morning and hit the beach all day and not have to worry about it. Thanks for the great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our recent trip to Gulf Shores and this condo was a big part of that. Located right on the beach with a perfect view of the Gulf, the condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Only comments I would make are nit picky but I will make them in case stuff like this matters for your beach trip. The deck was a bit small, especially for a corner unit, the "workout" room was sparse (and that's being nice) and the pool was very small but for kids, did the job just fine. Other than those small things, the condo was exactly what we needed with a great location. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.

needs basic repairs like 2 out of 3 tubs would not hold water for a bath. I unclogged 1 bath sink, the outside electrical outlet was not secure to the wall. Trash shoot door needed cleaning real bad & the ground floor elevatorentrance needed painting and cleaning.

If a condo is not up to par, we can send housekeeping or maintenance out to address the issues. All maintenance and housekeeping issues will be passed along to that department to be corrected, including any HOA related issues. All update suggestions will be sent to the appropriate party. Tropical Winds 601

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very clean! Loved that it had an ice maker. View beautiful and beach great as it was small. Not far to walk to beach and not crowded. One elevator was plenty for the size of the condo.We had an issue with ice maker and once reported someone came quickly to repair. Only drawback was no beach chair and umbrella service available. However, there was service next door and the attendant was nice enough to put our chairs as close to our condo as possible. Pool needed some maintenance but we didn’t spend much time there.

Tropical Winds is a great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo unit with plenty of space and the online description and photos are accurate. We enjoyed our two month stay and the people we met at Tropical Winds. This was our third time renting this specific unit. Be aware that there isn't a lot of beach in front of this complex. Beach restoration is planned for later on in 2023. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware, but the refrigerator only has two shelves and the ice maker makes a lot of noise when it cycles. There is also a separate standalone ice maker which is a great addition. The beachside king bed could use a new mattress. Also the area rug in the living room is starting to show its wear. There is an excellent pizza place right across the street and nearby restaurants that you can easily walk to.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the outside looked run down and in terrible need of a refresh. The inside of the condo was just ok. Any worse and I would have run. Luckily we travel with bathroom cleaner so we stayed. The ice maker never worked and we called 3 times. Finally the service man decided to blame us for it not working. Other than opening to see if we had ice our group touched nothing. We tried ordering rental chairs for the beach and were told Tropical Winds does not allow rentals on their property. Don’t plan on renting. We had to go purchase chairs. The unit advertised currently renovated or refreshed and the couch was at least 20 years old. AC works but was very loud, washing machine works but was so loud you could not run and watch TV in the living area at the same time. Lots of molding spots on the ceiling and just a dirty place. We will NEVER stay there again. Dog poop in the elevator on 2 different occasions. Don’t mind your dog but please clean up. Smokers at the pool and on various balconies. I have asthma with a smokers trigger so that was concerning.

Good week at Tripucal Winds 601

Tripical Winds 601 was very good but not perfect. Close proximity to the beach, well stocked clean condo although the towels were hotel 6-ish. Convenient codes for access to condo and pool/beach but numbers were incorrect on info sheet. Exercise room consisted of one tradmill and access to it and pool bathroom wasnt easy. There was a hospitality room with a shortcut to the pool bathrooms near the pool but it was always locked. The condo had a stand alone icemaker in addition to the fridge which was great. Nice balcony but the neighboring condo buildings stuck out further toward the beach than TW did so there were limited views down the beach in both directions. The garbage disposal was locked up upon arrival. We were able to fix it but it is recommended that the cleaning crew check it between guests. The condo does not have storage closets for beach gear, only a pen to set things in and we had a couple of items get pilfered during our stay. Could have taken them to our room or just outside but too much of a hassle. Also, the beach was narrow in the TW area and no canopies were allowed, only umbrellas. The grilling situation was interesting as well. The 2 charcoal only pits are positiined so wind passes from the beach to between the buildings in that area and it sets up a wind tunnel of about a steady 30mph going right through the pit area. Overall good time and good condo though.

Paradise for a week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent July 1-10 at Tropical Winds, unit #601. The condo was perfect! We did have an issue with the ice maker, but they came and fixed it immediately and we had no issues for the rest of the week. My ONLY complaint is, the elevator went out and was out for the entire day, in to the night, walking 6 flights with pool bags and beach toys wasnt fun!!!
