Dieses bezaubernde Stadthaus-Design (auf zwei Ebenen) befindet sich direkt an den zuckerweißen Sandstränden des Golfs von Mexiko und ist komplett mit modernem Dekor eingerichtet.

Dies ist eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die Teil des Chivas-Grundstücks ist. An diesem Standort stehen vier weitere voll ausgestattete Eigentumswohnungen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern zur Verfügung. Dies ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Stadthaus Design (zwei Ebenen), Erdgeschoss (keine Aussicht) im Chivas vier Plex, dies ist auf der Ostseite im Erdgeschoss. Dieses Gerät ist komplett ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Diese Einheit hat direkten Zugang zu einem privaten Strand, der exklusiv für das Anwesen Chivas zur Verfügung steht.

Amazing location and super nice owners!

The owners were there during our stay and they were incredibly nice! They allowed us to upgrade to a condo with water views. The location was quiet and we had a private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all. We had kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and umbrellas set up daily, everything we needed was there. There were plenty of bikes to use for free. The house next door had construction going on but we barely heard any noise. I would 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!

And upstairs bathroom is only big enough to accommodate someone under 200 pounds. Super super small bathrooms.

This is a small apartment, as the photos, indicate, our online description states, it is perfect, for couples, ora small family. The bedding is all new, the beds/mattresses are medium soft. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, and look forward to your next stay with us.

Nice location

The property was just like the photos showed. Access to the beach was hard. I'm recovering from a broken hip and didn't realize how many steps it required to get to the beach. There were 27 steps up to the deck and then 26 down to the beach. The kitchen could be better equipped. There were only two small plates in the cabinet. However, once we let the manager know they brought a new set of plates over. Overall it's a great unit. We would rent it again.

Wonderful Location

Property was under construction however it was not a problem for us. There were only 2 other units occupied at the time, so the private beach was not crowded. Very small unit but clean. Again location was the absolute best! It truly is on the beach! Would love to see the units after they are all updated.
