As soon as you arrive at Tipsy Marlin, you will be swept away by the coastal vibe. The Old Floridian-style home is surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical flora. White columns, a breezy balcony, and blue accents contribute to the beachy feel. Step inside, where you will find the first-floor open great room. Caramel-colored hardwood floors extend throughout the space, while large windows filter in ample natural sunlight. The living area features a wraparound couch and an accent chair. The laidback seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV atop a white credenza. In the dining area, a table and four chairs sit next to a sunny window, creating a casual setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen has white cabinetry, spacious countertops, and a breakfast bar with stool seating. A full hall bath on this level includes a walk-in shower and serves as a convenient powder room.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is bright and sunny, boasting a king-size bed, nautical décor, and a TV. A door accesses a charming balcony. The lovely guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a sunny window, and sea-inspired art. Both rooms utilize a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination. There is also a Pack-N-Play and highchair provided for the little ones (linens not provided).

The home’s Blue Mountain Beach setting is perfect for those who want a quiet and private vacation while still being conveniently close to the beach and other coastal amusements. The beach is within close proximity. The home is also only a few blocks away from Draper Lake, one of the Emerald Coast’s rare coastal dune lakes. This picture-perfect setting is great for paddle boarding, fishing, and simply enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

In addition to the beach and lake, several popular eateries are nearby. These include Mimmo’s, Blue Mabel Restaurant and Bar, and Basmati’s Asian Cuisine. And let’s not forget about Blue Mountain Beach Creamery! Stop here for delicious ice cream after soaking up the sun rays at the beach. When you’re ready to venture further, 30A is yours to explore!
