This nice studio has been lately renovated with lots of taste, giving high priority to full light. Fully equipped, perfectly suitable for 2 persons (and even more suitable for one couple and one baby with a baby crib that we can provide you on simple request)

- The living-dining area opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people. - A comfortable queensize 160x200 cm double bed, ideal for waking up to the view.- Its two wall-to-wall bay windows provide direct access to the 110 sq.f balcony, offering an unrivalled 180° view from the 3rd and penultimate floor of the building. Here, you can contemplate the remains of the Château de Duingt, the nearby lake shore and the surrounding mountains.- The apartment also includes a separate bathroom with WC. For information another apartment made of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms adjoined to the studio can be rent together to finally offer a full capacity of 8 persons. Flushed by the waters, the Residence « Les Libellules » includes a direct access to the lake for the ones who come to stay. The cycle track passes just behind the Residence and through the village. Thereby, it will be nice and easy for you to visit Annecy (25mns), to go to the local shops or on the next side of the lake with your bike. The residence is equipped with a lift which gives the easy access for disabled persons.
