Nach unseren gemeinsamen 51 Jahren mit Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis, dies ist unser Kurzurlaub in Biloxi und wir möchten ihn mit Ihnen teilen.

Unser Ziel ist es, die schönste Wohnung an der Küste zu haben. Wir haben NEUE schnurlose Jalousien, Fenster, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, große Fernseher und hochwertiges Küchenzubehör hinzugefügt.

Für 6 Personen in 3 Queensize-Betten können Sie sich in einem der beiden schönen Schlafzimmer entspannen und die beiden privaten Balkone mit Blick auf den Pool und den Innenhof genießen.

Wir haben eine lokale Managementfirma, die uns und Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts zur Seite steht. Wenn wir in einer großen Brauerei arbeiten, wissen wir, was Qualität sein muss und deshalb ist DIESE WOHNUNG für SIE.

In zentraler Lage können Sie Museen, Touristengeschäfte, Restaurants, Casinos zu Fuß erreichen oder in wenigen Minuten überall hin fahren! Sobald Sie hier angekommen sind, möchten Sie Ihren Aufenthalt verlängern, wie es viele in der Vergangenheit getan haben. Wir können das schaffen!

Der Innenhof verfügt über wundervolle Palmen, einen Freiformpool, viel Platz zum Bräunen, Gasgrill, einen Pavillon und andere hübsche Landschaftsgestaltung.

Das ganze Jahr über sorgen Veranstaltungen für Unterhaltung: das Weihnachtsfest der Lichter - eines der größten im Süden, die Eröffnung des neuen Aquariums im Jahr 2019, mehrere Mikrobrauereien, weltberühmte Kunst- und Kunsthandwerksfeste, Straßenfeste am ersten Samstag, Cruisin 'the Einwöchige Blockparty an der Küste, mehrere Feuerwerke, die Christmas Boat Parade auf dem Wasser in Biloxi und eine auf dem Bayou in Gulfport, Filmnächte auf den Stadtgreens, Konzerte im Freien und die vielen Sonderschauen in allen Casinos, die das Angebot erweitern Entertainer und Konzerte, plus mehr!

Quick getaway

Very nice property.Everyone was friendly. Only had one hiccup and that was A/C not working but called property managers and it was fixed within 2 hours. Would recommend and be back again.

We are so glad you found our lovely beach condo with pool and hope you can make it back down for the Anderson Art Festival the first weekend of November. It is always a huge attraction and draws visitors from many states to Ocean Springs.

Convenient for a work conference

This property was conveniently located within a five minute drive to our event venue. It was also close to restaurants. There was a pool and windows and patios which gave a nice view. The guests were polite, there was even a high school band group staying and you wouldn't have even known they were there. Very quiet!

This is one of the prettiest condos offered at the Villas and has one of the best views of the courtyard and pretty pool. The tropical palms add to the ambiance. The owners take meticulous care and it shows in how well the visiting guests enjoy it. The reviews and comments we get are always how pleasant and how convenient it is to the beach and the pool. Unpleasant Stay

The appearance of the property was just like the pictures online and is a beautiful looking unit. I did find a goldfish cracker and a kid’s toy under the bed. A roach went down the living room wall, and one was in the bedroom. I was extremely disappointed that all the lights were out in the parking area where our unit was located. That is a serious safety issue and should be addressed immediately. I would not select this unit again unless these issues are resolved.

We are glad that you enjoyed our condo and always want things to be perfect for each guest. We crave those 5 star ratings and lament anything less. That said, we do thank you for selecting that we as property managers were more than helpful and that the vacation rental was CLEAN!!! That you said you were more than happy with the location is exactly why we made this condo our home away from home and are happy to share it with our guests. You expressed your satisfaction with the condition of the vacation rental. It sounds like you enjoyed it, but there were two things out of our control which I must say were extraordinary that it even occurred--the 2 bugs and the parking lot lights. The parking lot lights were replaced the next Monday by the power company. They are now working well. We notified the HOA that there had been pests seen and that was not acceptable. They got right on it. We have stayed there for months at a time and never experienced any. I have spoken with the housekeeper and the two objects under the beds have been removed. She profusely apologized. I believe if you visited now, you would be able to give a well-deserved 5 star rating. This has always been a much-in-demand condo, and I do hope that it will continue to make our guests all happy as it has for the past 3 years!

Nice condo

Condo was nice and convenient. Home owners association not so good. Got in Saturday night and when I went out Sunday morning I had notes on my vehicle they would be towed. I went out to put card in vehicle. They also told me I would have to take my trailer over by there office 5 miles away. This place looks sketchy. I was not leaving it there. There was lots of room in back lot for trailers but all the cruisers had to pay to put trailers next door. That's 150.00 that should not have to be when the whole back parking are at fence line had nothing parked all week.

Your grip is not with us, fortunately! None of the complexes allow trailers. The area you described is owned by someone else, not the Villas, and they specifically stated no parking on their land. We opened our parking lots to our guests who wanted to park their car haulers, etc. People have done this for years at our office. I am sorry you thought it “sketchy”. We park our boats, etc here with no issues.

Pool and tennis court are close. Good location for the area and lots to do nearby. Management was a little disappointing though. We couldn’t get the code to enter when we arrived. It was not sent via the VRBO app, instead in a direct email that came from an unrecognized email account (not showing in the address or subject line that it was PRM). After two phone calls (both times person stated they know the email goes to everyone’s spam folder) and about an hour after arriving we were told to look for the email in junk folder and had the code there. PRM also was a bit intrusive wanting names and ages of all staying in the unit. Was asked for this two times. As if it was testing to see if we were not being truthful. The pre-checkin paperwork is extensive and frustrating.

Never got a response... when I get there I call and call text and text no response... I had to sleep in my car... no shower no bed no anything I paid 810$ for the worst experience ever... I would never and I mean never attempted to stay with you guys again And I would never recommend anyone to you all either ...besides that no told me you all was closed on weekends I mean what vacation resorts closes on weekends. That’s some people only time to vacation... this is by far the worse experience I’ve had vacationing . I am so disappointed and dissatisfied.. I had to cut my trip short and come back home . You guys gets a 0 from me

It was big, clean and had a nice view of the pool. Loved the kids room because there were 2 beds (we have son & daughter) so they did not have to share a bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. (the bathtub in guest room did not hold water, so could only take a shower, not a huge deal as we could use the master bath, but...) The balconies could have used a sweeping/wipe down, but were nice to sit out on. We did have to drive across the street to the beach (we could have walked but carrying everything there and back was a bit too much for us.) there was a souvenir shop next door that walked to which was nice. close to restaurants. the kids loved the pool and we met some very nice people. management was also super nice and helpful. we would stay here again!

I so wish you had called the office and I would have fixed it immediately! We want everything to be perfect for each guest and this was such an easy fix!
