The space
This bright, coastal-inspired 1,800-square-foot cottage is designed for easy, single-level living. The open-plan layout brings together a large kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space, while all three bedrooms are arranged along the north side of the home.

The primary suite includes an oversized tub, and two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV for relaxed downtime.

Guest access
You will have access to the home and property, including the private entrance, backyard, patio, waterfront access, and free on-premises parking. The garage and two owners’ closets are locked and unavailable during standard stays. The garage may be included for longer stays upon special request.

Self check-in is available by keypad. A unique entry code and arrival instructions will be sent on the morning of your booking. Wi-Fi details and other useful information are provided in a booklet on the kitchen counter, along with a guest book.

Pets are allowed, and long-term stays are available. Exterior security cameras are present on the property.

Fishing is available right from the backyard. Speckled trout are typically around in winter, spring, and fall, and redfish are present year-round. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks. As with any bayou, alligators are part of the local wildlife, so please keep an eye on children and pets near the water.
