Willkommen bei Endlich auf Bald Head Island

Obere Ebene Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Loft, das als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann und Platz für bis zu 4 Personen bietet oder als TV-Raum oder Spielebereich genutzt werden kann. Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein Gästezimmer mit Vollbad im Flur. Queen-Betten im Master-und Gästezimmer. 2 Einzelbetten und ein Fotonbett auf dem Dachboden. Küche zum Kochen wie zu Hause ausgestattet. 2 Decks mit Tischen und Stühlen. Flachbildfernseher in Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Dachboden. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, in der Küche können jedoch auch 4 Personen in der Bar essen. Golfwagen für 4 Personen. Fahrräder für Erwachsene und Kinder, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und Boogie-Boards in der Garage stehen zur Verfügung.
Wir haben diese Wohnung im Mai 2013 gekauft. Wir haben fast alles im Inneren ausgetauscht und aktualisiert, einschließlich Bettwäsche, Matratzen, Handtücher, sämtliches Küchengeschirr, einige Möbelstücke und Lampen, Schiebetüren und Golfwagen.

Lovely accommodations, nicer even than the photos online. We made good use of the bicycles and golf cart provided. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Great stay at cozy condo!

This property was very nice with two stylish bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice open plan. We could relax on the two decks and the kitchen had all the amenities you would ever need!

Super quiet!

Lovely relaxing time in a very comfortable and clean condo. It had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, bikes and golf cart. Would definitely stay again!

The Condo was lovely, well equipped inside as well as plenty of chairs for the beach. Nice central location on the island. The only very minor complaint was that there wasn’t a tv in the main bedroom. Then again, I read more!!

"Best thanksgiving ever"

Amazing retreat

We had a fantastic stay, the property was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. My older two kids loved the loft, I loved that it had a door! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, the bikes were so nice to have, so many sizes to pick from, and the beach toys came in handy. The beds were also very comfortable and everyone slept great!

Nice, easy spot to stay

Nice, clean, well maintained property. IMO, Including A cleaning fee, should exclude me from stripping beds and starting A load of laundry before I leave.

The Cutest/Cleanest Condo!

I visited with 2 girlfriends and we LOVED the condo! The linens were nice, the place was SO clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. I was also super impressed with the management company's response time and flexibility with check in. Would definitely book this listing again and have shared the details with other Bald Head fans.

This is a really nice place to stay … very clean and had almost everything you will need! Teens loved the bikes .. I would suggest cleaning patios ..we couldn’t use the tables they were just covered with dirt and pollen! and watch for hornets nest around doors! Also when packing and traveling to island by ferry packing beach towels take so much room and two quest forgot theirs! It shouldn’t be a problem to have them for your quest .. should be included! These were tiny inconveniences that we noticed .. the island is beautiful and fun! Be prepared for stores to close early as well! We stayed 5 days and loved every minute of it and would rent again!

Nice Place, good value!

We were looking for a place at Bald Head that didn't break the bank and we only needed room for 4, so this place was one of the few available that fit the bill. Keeping in mind that it's an apartment home, it is a very nice place "for what it is". It's obvious that the owner/property manager are staying on top of maintenance, as beach rentals take a beating yet the apartment looked practically brand new. I will say that the loft is a little warmer than the downstairs area, but that can be mitigated by setting the AC to a lower temp if and when you are using the loft. Beyond that, it's all good and a great base from which to enjoy exploring Bald Head. One more comment, our group consisted of a family of 4 with 2 adult kids. We were worried that having only one golf car would cramp our style. Turns out that was not a problem at all ... it was easy to share the single cart among our group.

Bald Head Retreat

We have been to BHI several times but this was first time staying at Royal James and the inner Island and we really enjoyed it. Condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Nice touch was provided with condo were bikes, beach gear, beach chairs, and paddle boards. Very well equipped. Great location to all that BHI has to offer. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

nice visit

overall, a nice visit. condo was nice enough. perhaps a little dated but everything was clean and worked. i'd change out the carpet and low wattage lighting in the living room--that was the only thing that we didn't really like. otherwise nice place.

Nice property. Beds slept great. I think the cleaning crew could focus a rad bit more on the details - dust the ceiling fan and cobwebs in the corners. However, all in all, nice space for two or 4 people looking for a get away!.

We had a wonderful time. The 3 adult bikes made the stay easy

Have been on the island many times. Location is great close to beach and market. The bikes are an easy way to get around. Kitchen well stocked. Never used the pool but would be great for younger kids
