Welcome to " A Great Escape" nestled amongst the live oaks in the desirable family location of the Ibis Roost Community, You will find this updated light and bright beach cottage perfect for your BHI home-away-from home. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is beautifully renovated and decorated with new updated kitchen and baths. The open floor plan allows everyone to be in the heart of the home with a large living, dining area and sitting areas. The baths all have a coastal island feel. Enjoy your mornings drinking coffee on the screened porch listening to the birds.

As you walk into the home, you will be greeted by the open great room surrounded by windows with the sunlight streaming in.  The fully stocked kitchen for the chef in your family to cook up memorable meals. The dining area, with views of the island oaks and wildlife, is perfect for family meals and entertaining while enjoying the open living concept allowing everyone to be a part of the fun.
     
All this opens to two sitting rooms and the private front and side screened-in porch to take in the serenity of this peaceful ideal island location overlooking the maritime forest. If you must work while on vacation, there is a quiet office space with desk for your convenience.
 
There is a six-seat golf cart and a four-seat golf cart for your use exploring this beautiful island.

Steps away from your front porch you will have access to the Ibis Roost community pool, which can only be used by Ibis Roost families and their guests (31 homes).  This is a wonderful place to come back to after a day at the beach to take a quick swim before cocktails and dinner or a quiet morning swim away from the crowds. Please note that the pool is seasonal and is generally open from May 1st to September 30th.

You will find a grill, a pack n play, both a regular and Keurig coffee pot, and beach chairs.  There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedrooms. Tucked away in cabinets you will find an assortment of books, puzzles and board games.
Linens and bath towels as well as beach towels are provided for you stay.

This home is conveniently located to the beach, BHI club, and within walking distance to the market, island shops, new Midway Coffee shop, Jailhouse Provisions, Cozumel restaurant and more.
 
Our full time, on island home manager will go the extra mile to help guests feel special and welcome. This home provides the convenience of a booster seat, a pack n play, for those with small children. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. A First Night Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you!
Ask about concierge food delivery services. Spend a week or more at our island retreat and we are quite sure we will see you again and again as you make this your home away from home.
