We loved Indian Shores and this condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are amazing and we even saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. The owner is also really nice. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great condo and location

Loved the location of this condo and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Nice amenities and very comfortable property, would stay there again if we came back to Indian Shores. Owner was extremely helpful in every way possible.

Beach Vacay

We love this little beach get away. The location is awesome! You get the best of both worlds, great views of the intercoastal and across the street from the beach. The place is decorated just like a beach house and Gretchen has everything you need for a great vacation. Definately coming back again!

Very Relaxing Vacation

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing time at Gretchen's beach home! The views were as advertised, and were spectacular! I was very impressed with how comfortable everything was, and the home is in a great convenient location. Wonderful winter break condo

I loved being able to see the gulf from the front of the condo and the waterway from the deck. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. It was wonderful having two king sized beds since we were two couples staying at the condo. Having a pool was a plus. Everyone we met was so friendly.

Home away from home

My family and I have stayed at this establish 1-2 times a year for over 33 years. We love the location and setup. The host is wonderful as she checks in often and is a delight to work with. The second room was upgraded to a king this year which was a very nice upgrade.

Great property, great host

This property was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool, quick beach access and convenient location for trips and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and pelicans from the deck with our morning coffee. The property owner is great to work with and gave us recommendations and updates throughout the week. Great Beach Condo with Beautiful Views

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in this beautifully furnished condo with amazing Gulf and Intercoastal sunrise and sunset views. Just as described, everything is provided for trips to the beach, preparing meals or just relaxing on the balcony. We plan on returning sometime in the future.

Bright and clean

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and had excellent views from every window! The patio was wonderful with comfortable furniture. We appreciated the beach wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrella. We spent most of our time on the beach as the weather was fantastic and the water was warm and inviting! We hope to visit again!
