Beautiful architect villa overlooking the lagoon and the island of Tahiti

Villa Manatea is a luxury vacation rental located on the east coast of Moorea Island just 5 minutes from the ferry terminal.

The residential area in which it is located offers unparalleled views of the island of Tahiti, the lagoon and the water bungalows of the Sofitel hotel. In addition to its tranquility this confidential subdivision is secure and only 2 minutes from one of the most beautiful white sand beaches of the island, Temae.

The villa was built on three levels. Each level is accessible by stairs, which makes the villa unsuitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.

The owners pay a lot of attention to the decoration and quality furniture. In addition to high-quality kitchen equipment, the technology is also present with a home automation system that controls lighting and blinds.

The overall atmosphere is a mix of colorful fabrics, bright spaces, modern lighting, all punctuated with touches of exotic wood and local stones.

A few steps down the parking lot and you arrive at the first level of the property which includes the main living rooms such as the living room, kitchen and covered terrace with a 180 ° view of the lagoon. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

On the same level is also the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, a bathroom with a shower and two sinks. The toilets are separated. The particularity of the master bedroom is its window at the foot of the bed from the ceiling to the floor giving the impression of overlooking the nature and the lagoon. The awakening with such a sight is a pure delight!
The first floor has a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom.

To reach the second level you have to take a stone staircase outside that will take you directly to the infinity pool and its sheltered dining area.

We bet that you will spend most of your time around the pool relaxing and admiring the beauty of the landscape. During the whale season (July to October) you can also contemplate humpback whales swimming along the coral reef.

Next to the pool is an independent bungalow with double bed and its own bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).

Finally down another few steps you will reach the third level which includes the last bungalow with double bed also a bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The free WIFI is available everywhere and will be used very well for e-mails and social networks.

The villa Manatea is a very good selection for stays of large families or friends traveling together. Indeed this vacation rental has the advantage of offering a lot of privacy to its guests.

This exceptional holiday rental comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 4 children or 10 adults.

Villa Manatea has an automatic gate and a covered parking space. Additional cars can park for free outside the property along the road.
