Villa Tepoe is located in Moorea (Papetoai) by the lagoon. Its beach and garden will ensure you moments of relaxation! Its large reception capacity (6 bedrooms, sleeps 15) and its recent renovation offer you the opportunity to meet up with friends or family with all the space and comfort you need. you will find pleasure equipment : 2 double Kayak, 2 Stand up Paddle and a ping pong table.

Established on a garden of 1000 m2 where you will enjoy coconut trees, mango trees, banana trees, tiare trees , the villa consists of a house for 10 people and a bungalow for 5 people. All rooms are air conditioned and wifi is available for free.

Villa Tepoe was fantastic. The location on the lagoon, especially, was sublime. Really glad we booked this place. It can handle a large group, and the pool was quite a bit bigger than we were expecting. It was perfect!

This is an amazing property! The kids loved spending time in the pool. My husband and I loved the views and the beach just steps away. The property has everything you’d want or need—pool toys for the kids, snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards. AC in the bedrooms was nice.

Amazing view!

We stayed at Villa Tepoe in November 2024 and loved our time there. The house had everything we needed. In particular the kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a lot. Moorea is a quiet lovely island with great restaurant finds. We loved buying fruit from vendors along the road and spent time at concept house and took a cooking class with food labs. Great vacation!

Living the Soft Life* in Moorea

*Soft Life - the people in the group will know what I mean!!We came to Moorea 10 years ago and have always wanted to go back so this year we did with a group of friends. Because there were 11 of us, it wasn’t easy to find a house that would accommodate us all but by some fluke of luck we were luck Villa Tepoe was available on exactly the dates we wanted. What a gorgeous house! The location right on the lagoon with a little private beach area was spectacular, and having a pool was a bonus providing a focal point where we could all come together. We spent most of our time in or around it!The house had everything one needed for both indoor and outdoor activities, including snorkelling gear, paddle boards and kayaks.Stefanie, the property manager was lovely. Really helpful and responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend Villa Tepoe to anyone visiting Moorea and if we ever go again in a big group we’ll stay there!!

5 Stars is not enough for this home!

Villa Tepoe is fabulous in every respect. It is very conveniently located near activities and markets. The Villa is exactly as described and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms very comfortable and living area is spacious. The pool/deck is an incredible place to watch the beautiful sunrise and you can take the water toys out into the water to watch the sunset. The property manager, Stefanie, is just wonderful. She was very accomodating and took time to show us everything in the home and how to operate the appliances. She gave us great tips for restaurants, markets and beaches. We all agreed that Villa Tepoe would be the only place we would ever stay of we get the chance to visit Moorea again.

Lovely Home in a Stunning Setting (But a Bumpy Checkout)

This is a lovely home in a great location. Calm ocean access for swimming and snorkeling, a gorgeous poolside lounge, and a layout that worked perfectly for our group of three families.That said, there were a few hiccups. The small bungalow smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was too much for two of our kids. One of the main bedrooms also became unusable after a roof leak soaked the mattress during a storm, and no one came to check on the damage.We just rolled with these issues during our 5 night stay —it’s Moorea, and we understand that maintenance can be challenging. But at checkout, we were charged 279 for three worn kayak paddles that had “lost” their pins. We offered to fix the paddles temporarily with zip ties and pay to replace the pins, but the host declined and requested a wire transfer for brand-new paddles. We've lived on a river for 20 years and kayak all summer—we’ve never had pins fall out.It felt unbalanced to be asked to overlook a bedroom that couldn't be used due to a leaky roof, but then be asked to replace old kayak equipment. We really did love the home and its setting, and maybe we caught the host on a bad week. Still, future guests may want to clarify expectations ahead of time.

Dear Kelsy, I am very surprised by the comments you posted. I am obliged to re-establish the reality of the facts. During checkout it was found that the 3 kayak oars were unusable. They had been dismantled and the parts to reassemble them had been lost. They were therefore unusable for guests who were to stay after you. You didn't dispute this fact and you offered to tape them up! This was absolutely not possible. We always want to offer the best service to our customers, and taped oars are not our idea of quality service ! You yourself would not have accepted this! So we urgently ordered three oars to be sure that next clients could use the kayak and after I sent you the invoice. You then gave excuses for not paying this invoice. The smell of tobacco, which is completely false ! The areas are non-smoking, and we monitor this. Moreover, at no time did you mention this during check-in or your stay. Regarding the small leak in the roof, which did not prevent the use of the room, you notified us on March 26 at 4:43 p.m. - 38 hours before your departure - saying that it was not serious but we immediately informed you that a craftsman would come as soon as possible. The leak was repaired on March 28th. Finally, I must point out that you refused to pay the invoice and that - in the face of your bad faith - I preferred to pay the bill and put an end to our discussion. you can be sure that we always strive to satisfy our customers. All the others comments show it.Take care

anniversary celebration

The location of this house is amazing! It is right on the lagoon and we could see the fish swimming by standing on the shore. They had a great deck for sunbathing, and the pool was very nice. The property is private and secure, but close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. There were only 2 of us, but we felt it was very cozy, even though there was room for plenty more family. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. They do have a clothesline for drying the clothes, and I really loved the fresh smell of the clothes after taking them off the clothesline. Kayaking is amazing there, with all kinds of fish to see. We didn't snorkel, but it would have been good snorkling. We also saw whales out in the ocean on three different days. Stephanie, our conceirge, is wonderful to work with, and very helpful. We missed the last ferry off the island on the day we were leaving, and were in a panic (the schedule had changed due to the Covid lockdown). Stephanie was able to get a friend to take us by fishing boat to Tahiti (that was quite an adventure!!). Then she took our rental car back to Tahiti for us the next day. That was going beyond the call of duty! The only bad thing about the trip was that the island was in a Covid lockdown with an 8pm curfew. No restaurants were open for anything but takeout food, and none of the tours or the golf course were open. The house was a GREAT place to be stuck at, though! Very relaxing.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit im Haus auf Moorea verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich an einer tollen Lage auf Moorea. Der Pool war gross und sauber. Wurde sogar einmal während unserem Aufenthalt gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir werden wieder gehen 😃.

Belle villa calme, emplacement top

Après 3 semaines sur un magnifique catamaran nous avons passé 1 semaine sur Moorea et avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa les pieds dans l'eau ainsi la rupture n'a pas été top brutale la seule chose que nous n'avions pas prévu était la location d'une voiture nous avons donc beaucoup marché et pris bien des taxis Merci à Stéphanie pour sa gentillesse, tout a été parfait ! What a lovely find

We were very pleased with this place. We traveled with a group of 12 adults and found it just about perfect. The location is great. Though you will need / want a rental car, it is very close to numerous great snorkeling beaches, stunning hikes (Magic Mountain is a must!), and nice restaurants. One thing that made us nervous before we got here was the beach. We could not really tell what it was like from the photos. It turned out to be quite satisfactory. There is a pristine sand area right next to the pool and then two steps down to the actual beach. While it is not the sort of beach you would want to lay on (rocky, small), it is quite suitable for swimming. (Even for kids, if supervised. At least I think so. Every parent will need to make their own decision.) Water shoes are recommended due to scattered rocks on the bottom, but you can easily walk our a few dozen yards to areas that are quite swimmable. We did that every day. Due to the offshore barrier reef, the water is quite calm with no waves and suitable for snorkeling. (Though marine life to see is not as plentiful, and visibility is not as great, as other nearby areas.) There are also paddle boards and two person kayaks on site that are fun to us. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. There was also a reasonable assortment of spices and coffee. With our group of 12, our only design complaints were apparent from the listing: (1) We could have used one more bathroom. (2) The upstairs lofts do not have walls / doors, so the early risers can disturb the late sleepers upstairs. A similar issue applies to the ground floor in the annex, where the “bedroom” is not walled off. But we made it work. There were three “real” bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bath, and the two others share a bath. We put six people in the two real bedrooms, two in the annex “bedroom” and 4 in the lofts. (3) The inside dining space was really only suitable for about six people. We managed to squeeze in 12 on the outside table, which is where we wanted to eat anyway. Stephanie, the property manager onsite, was lovely. She was so friendly and so helpful and gave us great tips on where to stay and what to do. Wifi was adequate in the mainhouse. I was able to do video calls. It did not extend well to the annex. Overall, it was a great space and near perfect for our group. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well equipped. Awesome location, great property.

Property was great for our family. We had 8 total and it was a ton of room for us. We loved it. We brought our own pillows (we're picky). Beds were great. Spent lots of time at the house. Loved having the toys - paddle boards and kayaks.

It's Just Like the Pictures!

We travelled from Canada with two other couples for a trip of a lifetime. We booked this beautiful home on the beach and were thrilled to see it was exactly as we had hoped. Sometimes people "enhance" their photos and descriptions. This place delivered! We were greeted by Stephanie who after showing us around the property, made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant for our first night so that we didn't have to cook after a long day of travel. Then she gave us directions to a grocery store where we purchased everything we needed to prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. This property does not lack for anything. After only one day, we decided not to book any tours of Moorea, opting instead to take advantage of rest and relaxation time in this spectacular place. We highly recommend Ville Tepoe!

Fantastic stay on Moorea

We had an incredible stay over Christmas and New Years at Julie’s place. The vacation rental is in a gated community in Papetoai which is about a 35 min drive from the ferry. There are several small grocery stores and a post office within walking distance plus a roadside fruit stand and a couple small food stands. Our communication with Julie was easy and the property manager, Stefanie was very friendly and helpful. She met us at the prearranged time and explained everything to us. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and an open upstairs loft. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with a tub and a shower. The other main floor bedrooms each had king bed. We found the beds very comfortable. There was a shared bathroom between them with a shower. The main floor has roller shades which kept the rooms very dark at night. Air conditioning was in each bedroom and worked well. The upstairs loft had a queen bed plus 2 singles. As the upstairs windows are nearly triangular shaped there were no blinds on them which meant the kids were awake as soon as the sun rose. Also there is a slight open air gap at the top of the windows which meant mosquitoes came in. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a large fridge and freezer and a 5 burner gas stove plus an oven and a microwave. There is an extra fridge in the outside laundry room if needed and a charcoal BBQ. There is a washing machine but not a dryer however there are drying lines and a drying rack. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean. On this a 4 loungers, a large table and 6 chairs and a sitting area with outdoor furniture. The pool is warm and a decent size. Beside the pool is an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. There is another area under the palm trees near the beach with some more chairs. The beach is quite small. The ocean water is rocky at the edge but very warm and you can see fish and rays. The snorkeling is pretty decent if you swim out aways. There were 2 stand up paddleboards and 2 two person kayaks which we used a lot. At the back of the house under a covered area is a ping pong table. There is an extra house behind the main house that has a king bed on main level and another queen bed and single on the loft. The staircase up if extremely steep so probably not the best for small kids. There is one bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen with a bar sized fridge, a table and a small sitting area.
