Great property. As close to Eagle lift as could be. The unit was very comfortable spacious and nicely furnished for our group of 3. We cooked, watched olympics, enjoyed lunch & a mid-day break from skiing. Good restaurants and other amenities steps from the front door. Everything we needed was there. Of course there's always something, in this case we struggled with our ski locker. The Vacasa team was on the spot - very responsive and quick to resolve. I dont expect anyone to be perfect, but its great when thinks get fixed right away.

We enjoyed our family getaway to Copper Mountain, it was a nice property with plenty of room, scenic views and plenty of activities within a reasonable traveling distance.

Great Spot in Center Village

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends. Comfortable and convenient for all Copper Mountain activities. Could use some more kitchen utensils (low on spoons, no can opener), but otherwise highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect Location for a Ski Weekend

Excellent property for a ski weekend!! The location was perfect, allowing us to be right in the action of center village. The condo itself was perfect, plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out with a cozy living room and balcony situation. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows, they were super thin and not comfortable but everything else was just perfect!

Weekend getaway

Great space for 6 adults, the beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was an extra bonus. There were plenty of extra blankets for chilly mornings and we were 1 minute away from all that Copper has to offer. The only downside was there was barely enough silverware for one meal, but everything else was well appointed.

Steps from Gondola; Mom-Approved for Toddlers!

Super close access to lifts, restaurants, and a convenience store. Includes guest ski locker downstairs which is super useful. Fire alarm batteries were dying and someone was sent within an hour to fix the issue. 1 yr old and 3 yr old were super safe here! 2 bedrooms downstairs, one private room and bath upstairs. Great for two separate families traveling together.

The location and layout of this unit are great. Parking is good too. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there which is a bummer because it was a selling point for this unit. The unit needs maintenance. The shower handle in one bathroom was broken leaving one shower unusable. The door handle on one bedroom kept falling off. At least 8 lightbulbs were burned out, including all lights in the living room. We had to take lights from the bathrooms so we had some light in the living room. These issues are all noted in previous reviews. As several earlier reviews point out, there are only serrated steak knives in this unit. In the weeks leading up to our, we reached out to Vacasa (the management company) to make sure these issues were resolved before our stay. The promised us that they were but they were not. We attempted to reach out several times to Vacasa during our stay and they communicate and promised repairs that were not done. Light bulbs were delivered on day three of our stay. A call from maintenance did eventually come on day four of our stay. These issues were inconvenient but we still had a great time in Copper. I would think twice about renting this unit though because it seems like a major issue (like a water leak or broken appliance) would not be fixed during your stay. This property simply isn’t being maintained and Vacasa is not doing anything about it.

We understand how disappointing it is when key amenities—especially the hot tub—are unavailable, particularly when they factor into your booking decision. We also regret the multiple maintenance concerns you encountered, including lighting, fixtures, and kitchen supplies. These items should have been addressed prior to your arrival, and we acknowledge your frustration, given that similar concerns were noted in previous reviews and that assurances were provided ahead of your stay. While normal wear and tear can occur in vacation homes, we recognize that timely inspections, proactive maintenance, and clear follow-through during a guest’s stay are critical. This feedback has been escalated to our local team for corrective action, including inventory updates and closer monitoring of reported issues.

Property location 10/10.. cleanliness was 7/10… amenities were perfect for our family. Ton of towels and soap and a fully stocked kitchen… glass was hard for my littles as one glass ended up falling out of the cabinet and shattering. Communication with management could have been better as one day we experienced issues with the heat and it took until a day later for a response. We just heated the condo with the fireplace and somehow the heat managed to come back on. The thermostat seems a bit dated. All in all we had a great time and my kids enjoyed it. There was fireworks on NYE but unfortunately unit does not face the direction of them. Thanks Mill Club 408

This property that I stayed at indicated it slept seven adults, and prior to my stay I communicated with Vacasa to ensure that because the pictures looked different from the description. When we got there, in fact, it did not sleep seven but slept six adults. This was quite a problem as one person had to sleep in the middle of the living room on an air mattress. I was refunded a very small amount of money. I am very disappointed.

Ovenless at Copper ...

The oven was irreparable broken and the owner/property manager knew it but didn't tell us. They were nice about it and reimbursed us $250 for unintended expenses and an additional $500. There was no remote for the family room TV so I had to reprogram a remote from a bedroom. Very cold upstairs in the bedroom. Space heater helps but I'm not a fan of them. Other annoying things - no drain plug in my bathroom sink, broken floor heaters, missing basics in the kitchen, ski locker very small. Location in Copper Village amazing.

Vacasa is THE WORST

Where to start...- The place wasn't clean when we arrived well after check in time. When we called to inform vacasa of this, they wanted to send someone THE NEXT DAY. After i refused, a cleaning crew was sent who only changed the linens and took out the trash. The unit wasn't vacuumed or cleaned.- The sink clearly had a previous leak, as there was a crock pot under the sink to catch the water. Well the leak worsened to the point of almost flooding the kitchen. We had to shut off the water, making the kitchen unusable. They didn't send someone out for 2 days. I offered to find a plumber and they could pay the bill, but vacasa refused, as if not having a kitchen was not a big deal. This unit was rented so we could cook and eat our meals in the condo and all the above prevented this from happening. And we were not even reimbursed one night of stay. Make sure when you rent from vrbo, its from an acutal owner and NOT vacasa.

Gorgeous location but lacking in some amenities

We booked this condo based on location and for that it did not disappoint. The building is so close to the slopes, shopping and restaurants. Cute view of ice skating and shops below. Convenient parking too. Then some negatives. About 30 minutes after check in we had a power outage and experienced two in our 6 day stay. We also soon realized there were some missing basics in the kitchen. No spatulas or hot pads to pull things from the oven. We also struggled to keep the fridge cool for our entire stay. The temperature was turned all the way cold and our food was still barely cold and the freezer would take almost a whole day to freeze an ice tray. Our main complaint for the building was the unit being on the fourth floor and the elevator being out for over half of our trip. After talking to other people staying in the building it had apparently been a problem for several days before our arrival. I know these kind of problems happen but it was the lack of answers or information that were so frustrating. We made numerous reports but there seemed to be a communication problem between the local property manager and the Vacasa number provided. I can not think of another time in 10 years of using VRBO that I have had to leave a negative review but the frustrating issues with the elevator combined with the lack of reaction from the staff was very frustrating. No fun to spend hours of your vacation on the phone with non responsive property management.

The elevator has been repaired, and the refrigerator has been replaced. The power outage was resort wide and fully out of our hands; we are sorry we could not do more for you. Comfortable, clean, amazing views and location

We really enjoyed our stay - we had everything we needed and it was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The garage is located directly beneath so it was an easy ride up in the elevator to transport our personal items. The service staff were prompt in responding to our request for a second parking permit when we only found one waiting for us when we first got in.
