For all our skiers, boarders, hikers, golfers, and all around mountain lovers, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Frisco / Copper Mountain Resort vacation rental is the ideal spot to crash. Family friendly and pet friendly with fee. With the Super Bee lift at Copper Mountain just steps away, you'll be able to sleep soundly knowing you'll be on the slopes bright and early or wake up to golf right outside your door. Stroll into the village for a bite to eat or some apres fun, and come home to a warm and welcoming space. In the summertime, hike one of the several hiking trails within walking distance or climb a nearby 14er or try white water rafting!
We are the first condo outside of Super Bee lift and right next to JJs Bar & Grill. We are a true ski-in/ski-out at Copper Mountain. We have computer screen, keyboard, mouse for those wanting to work from home and remote workers.
Top floor, mountain-facing unit with over 1,195 sq ft on 2-levels and 500+ sq ft of outdoor private patio space with views of the mountains and ski runs. Complex is next door to the Copper Station Day Lodge which houses the Copper Creek Golf Course Club House, JJ’s Tavern, and Camp Hale’s Coffee Shop

SLEEPING: 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 8)
- Master Bedroom (king bed, 40” LED TV, private deck, large closet)
- Second Master (queen bed, 40” LED TV, small closet)
- Bunk Room (twin bunk beds & authentic sliding barn door into the queen bedroom and door to hallway)
- Main-level has a queen murphy bed that pulls down from the wall
BATHROOMS: 2 Bathrooms
- One bathroom on the main-level, which has a bathtub
- Second bathroom on the 2nd floor and has walk-in Euro-style shower
LIVING ROOM:
- Great layout for families with bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living area downstairs
- 55” HD flat screen TV in living room with gas fireplace
- New wide-plank wood floors and carpet throughout
- Brand new water heaters for hot showers after skiing
- Dining seating for 8 with barstools for 4 more (12 seats total)
PRIVATE OUTDOOR PATIOS:
- Natural gas grill on large, private main-level deck
- (2) Private decks with views of the Super Bee Lift, Copper Creek Golf Course, and Sky Chutes
PARKING:
- 1 dedicated parking space with adjacent and convenient ski/bike/golf club locker for guest use
- 1 additional parking pass for additional guests (first come first serve basis)
- Copper Mtn Alpine Parking Lot (free in the summer) is walking distance to condo as well. All Copper Parking lot Shuttles drop off next to condo complex.
HOTUB:
- 14 person hot tub shared by Village Point complex only (small complex with not many units so generally very private)
WIFI:
- Complimentary high-speed internet/WIFI
LAUNDRY:
- On-site community laundry facilities, coin operated.
PET FRIENDLY: (no dogs under 6 months). Breed restrictions may apply. Additional pet cleaning fee will be applied to booking.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Unit is not ADA compliant due to the age of the building and there is not an elevator. Unit is non-smoking. We have a noise decibel monitor in the unit.
3 Night Minimum | 25 years or older to rent
WINTER:
- The 'Super Bee' 6-person high speed lift is visible from our 2 private decks. Very convenient to hit the slopes and come back to take breaks, nap, eat lunch or add/shed clothing. The tubing hill is also right next to the lift. Apres-skiing couldn’t more easy or convenient from our this location! Copper Station next door to the complex offers convenient ski rentals, lift tickets and more.
SUMMER/FALL:
- The unit overlooks the par 3 hole #10 on Copper Creek Golf Course and offers some of the best views in Copper. Tee times and golf carts are right next door at Copper Station. Copper Mountain and Summit County offer great summer activities such as biking, hiking and fishing and is popular for weddings and conferences. Next door the complex is a wedding venue JJs.
