While we aren't sure what could be done about the railing being at eye level since the deck is built to the specs used for decks, we can understand the frustration that might have caused. Higher chairs might be the solution, and we will look into that. Regarding the wet spot on the bedroom floor, this was a first for this house, and we are glad maintenance was able to fix that issue right away. We have checked, and everything in that shower is working like it should, now. Unfortunately, the blinds that needed to be fixed needed to be fully disassembled and reassembled, which is why the maintenance tech didn't fix them when you were here. It is an all-day project, which we completed fully on June 21st. The house accumulates cobwebs and dust easily. While this is something we usually monitor and address frequently, the home has been in our portfolio for several years, and we know that the usual number of deep cleans per year is not enough, so our housekeepers add deep clean items to their post-stay cleans every time. They track what is done so we can rotate deep clean items since a deep clean in this house takes close to 30 hours, sometimes more. To clarify, a deep clean in one of our houses doesn't mean what it means in a typical residential home. A deep clean for us includes dusting top-to-bottom, moving all furniture and appliances to clean under and behind them, removing everything from every closet, cabinet, and drawer and cleaning inside those items, flipping the mattresses, scheduling carpet cleaning with professionals, scheduling roof cleaning, scheduling gutter cleaning, scheduling exterior window cleaning, power washing decks, and a lot more. It is not only about dusting, and it can't possibly be completed many times per spring and summer season, which is the only time this house is open. Overall, it sounds like we missed the mark with your stay, and we can't apologise enough. We take guest feedback seriously. We use it for training purposes for our staff, and we use it for preventative housekeeping and maintenance scheduling. We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay, despite these issues.
