Sie können auf der Terrasse sitzen und das Meer und die vorbeiziehenden Boote beobachten, während Ihre Kinder nur wenige Meter vor Ihnen im Pool spielen oder durch das Tor auf der Terrasse am Pool vorbei direkt zum Strand gehen. Drive up and walk straight to the room with luggage. Gate code entry for parking was effortless. The balcony opens onto the pool deck and the hot tub is about 40 feet away, perfect for an early morning soak or late night relaxation period. The heated pool was perfect for swimming some laps and the view of the ocean with crystal clear waters could not have been a better wake up call. Beach service was flawless, with FOUR chairs and 2 umbrellas. Other guests were great company on the beach and courteous of quiet hours on the island. Close to the pier, walking distance to dining and dessert, and close enough to the light to make a quick trip to our local favorites in Ft Walton and Destin. We could not have asked for a better place. PLENTY of room for our trip, with ample space left over. We should have brought more people with us to enjoy the weekend. Kitchen is supplied with cooking necessities that are not falling apart or fourth hand me downs. I haven't slept that great in years and am already trying to get another trip on the books! Okaloosa has been my go to beach for several years. This will be my go to condo!

This is our first time visiting Fort Walton beach. This particular condo was chosen kind of at a whim and I was very glad that we took a chance on it! The owner was very responsive to chat and text the entire time. The condo was just as described. It was extremely clean and plenty of room for seven people. The beach was literally steps away and we were right on the same level as the pool and hot tub which was very convenient. The only thing that was disappointing was that the beach closed an hour after sunset. One of the things I love the most is to take a moonlit walk after the sun goes down on the beach. And due to it being a state park I believe, you cannot be on the beach an hour after sunset. So that was a bummer. But not the fault of the owner or unit. It was only a short walk to several really good restaurants and to a souvenir shop. There is some construction going on near the site but it really wasn't too bad. I would definitely come and visit this location again due to the size of the unit, how clean it was, it's accessibility to the beach and the amazing correspondence with the owner. You also had free beach chairs and umbrellas which was so nice because we were traveling light for our trip. Thank you Kyle for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the great review Christine. Just to confirm the beaches are open 24/7. You can walk at night under the moon light at any time. The public access parking lots due close 1 hour after sunset but condos such as ours that have direct access to the beach do not have any restrictions with walking on the beach at night. Great Stay for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle's condo. The location was super convenient for use of the pool and having our two kids play at the pool. Beach is also super close and having chairs and umbrellas provided was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay her again.

Great Stay

We loved our vacation here. Our kids started their day in the pool and ended their day in the pool most days and the fact that it was right outside our door was great. The beach is also a short walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fun family vacation spot

Our family of six had an amazing time here! The kids loved the bunk room and the pool right outside the door. There was plenty of beach toys and the older kids loved the boogie boards. Close to the pier too which we enjoyed.

My name is Kyle and I am married with 3 awesome children. My children are 13, 11, and 7. We are a very active family. We love the beach, mountains, hiking, fishing, soccer, basketball, music and most of all doing all this as a family.

My grandparents bought a condo on Fort Walton Beach back in the 80's. I don't remember a time when we did not come to Fort Walton Beach for our family vacation. Now that I have 3 kids and my sister has 2 kids, we all do not fit in my grandparents original condo they purchased so long ago. So we decided to purchase one of our own so our kids can enjoy taking vacations to the beach with our entire family like I did as a kid.

This property is a perfect location for family vacations to the beach as well as the retired couples not wanting to walk up and down stairs or wait on the elevator. The things we like most about the property is you can sit on the balcony and watch your kids play in the pool while you are enjoying a fantastic view with out having to walk down any stairs or take an elevator to get to the pool. Being on the ground floor also make trips to the beach much easier. When you have several children getting all your stuff to the beach can be difficult. Being able to walk directly out the back door of the unit and start your trip to the beach makes things much easier for parents that have to carry endless amounts of beach toys for your kids.
