Im Herzen von Miami, brandneues Zuhause, zweistöckiges Haus, 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer, Badewanne und ein privates Schwimmbad. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind stilvoll mit großen Kingsize-Betten, Master- und Second-Size-Zimmern mit eigenem Balkon und Blick auf den Pool und die Vorderseite.
Die Lage ist großartig, neben Coral Way s Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Brickell Gegend ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Der Transport ist sehr einfach und man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen.
15 Minuten zum Flughafen.
10 bis 15 Minuten nach South Beach und Key Biscayne.
2 Hausregeln in unseren Häusern

 2 Hausregeln, die ich vergessen habe zu erwähnen:
Bitte reinigen Sie kein Make-up mit Handtüchern, danach müssen die Handtücher entsorgt werden.
Zweitens bitte nur Toilettenpapier die Toiletten runter, sie haben kleine Hälse und verstopfen leicht.

My family reserved this property for a week to enjoy Thanksgiving with my elderly parents, who live nearby. The house is fantastic. It is super-clean, well organized, with great amenities. We are so lucky to have secured time at this property. The host was equally awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed, and stayed in contact to offer assistance if needed.We highly recommend this property. You will not regret a stay here, and the location is perfect.

Great but take bug spray!

House was great and very comfortable. Really nice they left some food and drinks from previous renters. Biting bugs were abundant in pool area and would have appreciated some citronella candles or spray being available!

Thanks for your visit, Ruth, and for your feedback. The drinks in the refrigerator were left as a courtesy, not from previous renters. There were a couple of mosquito repellent sprays in the downstairs bathroom drawers—sorry you didn’t see them. We’ll take your advice and leave citronella candles next time. Thanks again!

CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The kitchen is equipped with more than the basic essentials. The private pool is a nice size as well. The home is larger than it appears in the pictures, in my opinion. The host is extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend this home for any family to stay in.

Our little family spent the Christmas holiday at this home. It is lovely. Vivian is professional and kind. The home is well appointed and clean. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to amazing shops and delicious restaurants.

Girls Group Stay

Overall Vivian was a great host and communicated well. The only thing you may want to consider when booking is the rain style shower heads. As a group of all girls who didn’t necessarily want to wash or wet their hair every day, the shower heads were not ideal to use and the water pressure overall wasn’t super powerful. Again Vivian was great and this didn’t impact our overall experience much just something to keep in mind when booking!

Deva, You and your friends were wonderful guests. I’m sorry you didn’t notice that two of the four bathrooms are equipped not only with ceiling-mounted showerheads but also with hand showers—perfect for anyone who prefers not to wet their hair. Regarding the water pressure, it’s regulated by Miami-Dade County and not something controlled individually by each property. Thanks again for the visit!

Great property. 4 becrooms were perfect for our trip, good spacious gathering areas downstairs. Appliances were all brand new. Property was super clean. Outstanding property in Coral Gables

Our party of 6 adults stayed at this lovely 4 BR, 4BA duplex in Coral Gables. The property was clean, comfortable, efficient and in a great location within an easy walk of restaurants and shops in Coral Gables and Miracle Mile. The kitchen was spacious and the LR adjacent was comfortable and easily accommodated our group. The house has a beautiful pool area with ample seating and perfect water temperature. Would happily stay here again when back in town. Manager communication was excellent.

The perfect stay!

Cannot say enough great things about this property! Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. We lived in the warm, clean, saltwater pool during the day and the cozy, comfortable couches at night. The open floor plan meant we could be both inside or outside and keep an eye on the kids wherever they were as well. Vito and Vivian responded so quickly with any questions we had and live close by which was amazing when we had a question regarding the refrigerator; Vito was over in less than 15 and quickly resolved the issue. This home truly helped to make this the relaxing and restful vacation we wanted/needed. We look forward to staying here or at another one of the owners properties during our next visit to Miami!

Great stay!

Very clean, well equipped kitchen and fairly good location. We enjoyed the pool. The one thing that wasn’t super clear is that the one bathroom is a jack and jill bathroom shared by two bedrooms- absolutely perfect for a family traveling with kids but not as perfect for adult friends. It would have been nice to have a table that sat 8 instead of 6 but we just brought a few chairs from outside in. Very easy check in with an electronic door which was really nice when traveling with 3 other couples.

Beautiful new house next to Miracle Mile

Came to Miami to reunite with some friends and had a great time. House is beautiful. Great gathering space. Bedrooms all very private although two share a bathroom (and then the 4th bathroom is next to the pool, easy enough to use as a bedroom for 4th bedroom instead if want own bathroom). The pool was nice, private. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions once we started messaging outside of the app and very friendly. If you’re looking for a rental in this area, it was very nice.

My nieces wedding

Outstanding and wonderful- great proximity to my nieces wedding venue in coral gables - Vivian is the most warm and gracious host - the openness she and Victor extended to our baby dogs (we have an older pitty mix girl with end stage renal disease that absolutely had to make the trip) was beyond kind. Well appointed home, super comfortable, an oasis of privacy by the heated pool in a very dense but surprisingly quiet urban neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home as well any of the properties Vivian has listed. Don’t let the price scare you, it’s completely worth it.

What a wonderful house

My family and I were visiting U Miami for a couple of days and this house was an easy 10 minute drive away. We loved how close it was to great restaurant options. The house is on a quiet street so it was great enjoying the evening in the pool during sunset in a peaceful setting. The house is very well appointed and had a fully equipped kitchen to handle any of our needs. The WiFi was great and handled two work computers and two kids streaming. Vivian, the owner, is such a wonderful person as provided us with a list of places to eat and go. She was extremely accommodating as we were departing at two different times and followed up with us in person after we left to make sure all went well as we had some flight issues. We would definitely stay here again as it truly felt like home.

One of my best VRBO experiences

You know how sometimes VRBOs look better in the photos and then not so great in person? This was the opposite. The house was BIG and super clean. All the linens were new, new pots and pans, etc. Nothing was worn or tired. The pool was warm and wonderful and the location was excellent. We could walk to shops and restaurants on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and were very short car rides from many other activities we did. The hosts were so sweet. They are a couple who truly care about their guests. We had a couple questions/minor issues that they immediately addressed. The unit is a duplex, and our neighbors were young adults on vacation who we only heard briefly when they were at the pool- otherwise the house was sound proof and very quiet. TVs in every bedroom, lots of storage space, etc. I would highly recommend staying here if anyone is visiting the area!

Great House with Great Host

We came to Miami for a girl's weekend, and this house was the perfect fit! The house was incredibly clean , and just as it appears in the pictures. Vivian is a spectacular host, and easy to communicate with if anything comes up! Can't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect for a group

The property has plenty of room and is very comfortable. We’ll equipped although we did not cook. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Fifteen minute drive to check out the Miami Beach Art Deco district. The pool area is lovely with plenty of comfortable furniture. Quaint neighborhood. Host is friendly and responsive although we had no problems.

Perfect

This property is everything it is advertised to be. The house is in a great location, super clean, and very comfortable. Tori is super attentive and sets the example for how all properties on VRBO should be operated.
