Patty, I am thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Harbour Place. My condo is an indirect view as noted in my listing. I do have a beautiful direct view one bedroom condo in Gulf Shores at Seacrest. Also, there are units at Harbour Place as well with direct views. Either way I hope you choose to enjoy next winter in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. You were a pleasure to host. Best regards, Mary

Robert, So sorry that you were unhappy with our condo. I could have immediately addressed the sand on the floors as I clearly state in my welcome email to contact me upon arrival if everything is not to my 5 star standards. Also , the shower is walk in customized non slip tile, so not sure why or how it could have been slippery. The entire condo has been updated, new stove and washer/dryer and painted. I am guessing you weren't happy with the updates, however the listing has pictures of everything. Best regards, Mary

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The welcome email I provided you had details of what is provided as in enough necessities to get you started as in TP, soaps, etc. Condos are not hotels that provide such necessities for your length of stay. Two towels per guests are provided . The condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience. You saw pictures of the decor and furniture..which most of which us new. I understand everyone's taste are different, however my condo is exactly as described in my listing.

Unfortunately Jeff did have 2 legitimate issues. My cleaner forgot to leave the sheets for the sleeper sofa. Also, the king bed had a pretty worn fitted sheet. His other complaints were that it was like a sand pox around the sleeper sofa , the stove was full of grease and the bathrooms were not clean. I did not argue with him about those complaints and had the owner of my cleaning company there in 2 hours of his call. What he doesn’t know is I was there prior to his arrival and after with my cleaner. Upon arrival I was told by his wife that everything look great. Prior to his arrival my unit was sparking clean. I did not think of checking for the sleeper sofa sheets and I never unmake the beds to look at the sheets so again those complaints were valid and on me. That unit was sparkling clean, no sand on the floor any where. The bathrooms and stove were clean. My cleaner replaced the king bedding and left the sleeper sheets. The guests told me when he retuned that now the place felt clean, however he wasn’t paying for the first night. I am in my condos regularly making sure my guests have a great stay…cleanliness is a top priority. He was very harsh and hurtful to me. I think we both feel the same way about future stays in my condos.

Lauren left a three-star review however no comment for no communication with what was not up to her standards. So I don't know how to respond
