Our overall experience was very good Up until the point that we were not notified of our patio being painted during our stay. Our son and his wife were taking an afternoon nap. They were woken up by 1 door knock by the time he got up there was someone entering our condo to paint the patio. They moved all of our patio furniture indoors making our dinner area useless. The condo smelled heavy of paint for the next several hours. we were not able to use the patio for the remainder of the day and the following morning. This also happened to our neighbor, same story they were not notified of the painting and also had someone walk in on them while they were in their living area. Totally unacceptable

We’re truly glad to hear that your overall experience was very good, but we sincerely apologize for the disruption you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, the balcony painting was scheduled and carried out by the HOA and their contracted vendor without prior notice to us, so we were unable to inform you in advance. That said, there is no excuse for the way the situation was handled. Entering an occupied unit without proper notice is completely unacceptable, and we have addressed this directly with both the HOA and the painting company to ensure it does not happen again. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your plans interrupted, especially with the inconvenience of not being able to use the patio and the odor from the paint. Please know your concerns have been taken seriously. On a positive note, all HOA-related work, including the painting, has now been completed, and the property has been fully refreshed. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us advocate for our guests and improve future experiences.

Just finished our little vacation on the beach! We very much enjoyed the location of the property in relation to the bars, restaurants, and the beach of course. We had one issue with the washing machine that was taken care of lightening fast, the owners are very much tied in and responsive. We will stay there again for sure.

Such a great spot! Have stayed in Orange Beach numerous times, but never this condo! It is such a wonderful layout! The bunks in the hall was so prefect for our son! He was able to go to bed, but still hangout with the family in the living room! Thanks for the fun!

We loved this condo! Great decor and furnishings. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for vacation. The management company was awesome! Very quick to reply to our questions, very helpful!So close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful beach and pool. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Our long weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at Four Winds. 9th floor made for great views. Great restaurants and shopping are close by. We will be back

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice. Very nice furniture super comfortable beds I would definitely stay there again The master bedroom seem to be a little warmer than the rest of the condo so needed a fan for that room.

Nice condo, great location

Nicely decorated, corner of top floor. Elevator nice and new. About 36 units so beach wasn't crowded. Would stay again without hesitation.

Location location

I love this condo for the closeness to the beach. The views are beautiful from the 9th floor. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking delicious shrimp dinners. A great time was had by all.

Stay on the Beach.

Great view on the beach. Easy beach access with pool, hot tub, and kids pool. Clean. Comfortable furniture. Beds were too soft.

Thank you for the feedback! The owner just did a massive remodel of the condo, and he replaced the mattresses while doing the other work they had planned.
