Fourwinds 201 ist ein 2. Stock 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad Ecke Einheit. Das Gerät ist zur Zeit ging unter größeren Renovierungen. Alle Boden wurde entfernt und neue 12 x 24 Porzellan Holzfliesen Planken haben in der gesamten Einheit gelegt. Die Wohnung bieten auch schöne exotische Granit-Tops und Rückenspritzer in Küche und beide Bäder. Frisch durch-out zusammen mit montierten Flachbild-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in allen Schlafzimmern, neue Betten, öffent- Stil Esstisch, Sattel Barhocker, neue Ashley Sofa und Zubehör gemalt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen neuen König 2-seitig Carlton Plüsch Memory Foam Lendenpolster Matratze und das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Carlton Plush auch. Darüber hinaus haben sich die Schlafzimmer mit niedrigem Profil Plattform Betten und es ist ein ganz neues Whirlpool Waschmaschine und Trockner, die im November 2014 installiert wurde. Die Halle Kojen haben neue Matratze und auch für Kinder machen das Gerät Schlaf 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bequem gemacht.

Loved the location, the place looked exactly as the pics. We had a great view on the 2nd floor. My only complaint and you may not could even call it a complaint considering it was just so hot outside, would be the front bedroom stayed 5-6 degrees hotter than the rest of the place. It's like there was no air circulation in that room. We did contact the property manager and she sent maintenance to us with an extra fan. Other than that I would say everything was great!

The place was in a good location it was not crowded at all condo was smaller than picture showed. Our family had 4 adult and 4 kids age 9,10 and sleeping arrangements wasn’t the best. Key pad that lets you in the room died on us and we had to sit outside and wait for someone to come, it took almost a hours. We had a great trip the condo just need be updated.

Perfect Stay

Such a great 2nd floor condo located in a smaller building steps to the beach. The condo was in a great location and very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a mini-vacation and the condo was PERFECT for our stay.

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. We enjoyed that it was a smaller building and not a large mega condo. The restaurant across the street called Wolf Bay was walking distance and had the most amazing food. We will definitely be coming back to the Fourwinds…

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Towels were scarce… a few extra would have been more convenient with our group of 4 people. Floors need a good mopping too. Other than that, we had a great time and kids enjoyed the bunks.

This place is a Dump

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in bad shape. Walls in living room water damaged and mold has developed. Dishwasher door does not stay up, must latch. Chair broken. Started painting building with power scaffold. We had a corner unit, had a worker blocking view from balcony for a couple of days. My sister in law was visiting and the worker engaged her in conversation telling her how much money he sends back to his family in Honduras. Ropes from scaffold rattled most nights while sleeping. Drain stopper broken in one bathroom. Garbage pickup at 5:30 to 6:00am on Saturday. Very loud while sleeping. Main bathroom smelled like urine. We cleaned a couple of times. Could not get of smell. Refrigerator had a broken shelf, shower had a hole in it, repaired with duct tape. Dishes in cupboard dirty. Overall, a bad place to stay.

I was very happy with the location and proximity to the beach and pier as those are our two most visited spots. The building was quite and with it being a smaller condominium construction we never waited on the elevators. When we arrived we carried everything by hand to our rooms making several trips without knowing there are carts kept in the hiding holes (would have been good to have a sign letting guests know about this) is my only complaint. The pool was clean and never over crowded with people. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was plenty of parking although the sign for the condo is kind of small and we would just about miss it every time but at no fault of the condo the building next doors shrubs and sign kind of over shadow Four Winds’ sign. Great place to stay and we will definitely be retuning again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the convenient location of Fourwinds; easy to get to shopping and eating places. The condo itself was clean and up to date on appliances etc. We as a family of 4 grown people stayed in the condo comfortably. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom is all the way in the back of the condo (from the balcony) and that room stayed hot the entire time we were there. There was a nice fan provided that kept the air circulating; we just could never get it cool without freezing the others out of the condo. That is not a show stopper for us though...we will be back!!

Love the convenience of a low rise

You won't be wowed by the decor or amenities but it is updated, comfortable and clean with seemingly all that was needed for a 4 night stay. We had 4 adults in our party and didn't feel crowded at all. Nice 2nd floor location made for a quick elevator ride or an easy 12 steps to the lower level. You can probably make arrangements to have check-in info sent via text to you instead of picking up a packet in Gulf Shores which is a little out of the way - that would have saved us some time since our packet wasn't ready (we were early); So they sent us the info about an hour before check in time via text. If you're a hot tub fan, know that the jets don't produce like a normal hot tub - not sure why - more of a hot soak tub...lol. Pool was decent and kept clean. Walk to beach was short and involved no steps - yay! Wharf restaurant across the street was good. Otherwise, you need to drive to eat/shop. Miss it already!
