Alpine ist ein neu renoviertes Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, das in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt. Wir sind nur wenige Meter von den hinteren 40 Fahrradschwänzen entfernt, oder Sie können in wenigen Minuten in Bentonville sein, um Crystal Bridges oder Bentonvilles zahlreiche Radwege zu erkunden. Wir bieten einen Grundriss mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Bad. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein ausziehbares Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Memoryschaum-Matratze. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz.

Peaceful and comfy

No surprises! It’s as beautiful and serene as it looks. Everything about it was set up comfortably: the bed, the blankets, the towels, the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked every meal there. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful too. It was the perfect long weekend getaway!

Perfect spot for a wonderful vacation

The unit was spotlessly clean, well stocked and the owner was very, very helpful. The furnishings were so tasteful. The bedding was super comfortable and the towels were plentiful and fluffy. We highly recommend this property.

Even Better Than Advertised

Wonderful property. Very well maintained and immaculately clean. Wonderful location, especially if you're there for the biking. The Back 40 Trails are right out the back door. If you're not into mountain biking, surfact trails are also right out the door and it's an easy bike ride into Bentonville. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Rest and Relaxation

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had a very welcoming feel from the moment we stepped in. There were adequate supplies and we had everything we needed. The area was very peaceful and quiet and easy access to restaurants and activities. We also enjoyed all the natural beauty around us. Small things make big differences and Kelli did a great job providing all the details. We even had a place to store our bikes and did not have to take them with us everywhere we went. Also included were hammock chairs and nice, cozy lights on the back deck to enjoy during the evenings. We also received a note from the cleaning staff regarding an item they found while cleaning. Although it was not an item of value, the fact that they took the time to contact us met a lot and shows honesty and integrity, which is much appreciated. Thank you Kelli for providing a beautiful condo and please thank your staff for their honesty! We would definitely recommend your condo to family and friends.

Perfect, perfect, perfect

Property was just as bright and clean as advertised, reasonable additional appointments/supplies to make the stay that much more comfortable. Perfect little 2 bed/2 bath in a quiet area literally just off of the back 40 trail system and on a golf course.

Absolutely beautiful property. I will try to stay there again on our next trip to Arkansas! Loved the sweet rolls and coffee on hand. Even had a couple of dinners in the freezer if we got in a bind! Grandkids loved the playground.

This place is awesome.

We have stayed in a LOT of Vrbo’s and this was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. It’s beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the scenery is top notch. We absolutely loved it. We will for sure be back to golf!

Bella Vista Getaway

We took a short vacation to golf in Bella Vista and visit the Crystal Art Museum. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The decor was amazing and we loved sitting out on the patio watching golfers. We hope to be back again.

We were going to a concert at the AMP. The Uber ride was about $40 one way but worth it. The place was beautiful. My husband wished he had brought his golf clubs. I will definitely book here again when we go to another concert at the AMP.

South Dakota born and raised I have lived in numerous states. NW Arkansas is above and beyond one of my favorites. Taking care of my guests is what I love to do so it wasn't a jump for me to turn it into becoming an Air B&B host. My favorite and most important role was being a mom to my son now attending the UofA (Go Hogs!) and daughter who made us first time grandparents. My husband and I can be found hiking, four wheeling or relaxing and enjoying our empty nest. Welcome to Arkansas I hope you enjoy everything about this wonderful natural state.
