The location & unit were beautiful. Quiet & relaxing. Very clean. But, one of the over the top, high end, showers had a non working component. There was no way to turn on the overhead portion. Only the hand held worked. The Coffee machine (Cuisinart) did not work. The Nespresso machine worked but we ran out of pods & couldn't find them for sale. The patio lights stay on all night so I couldn't open my drapes to see the view. The lawn in front was occasionally busy with people & kids not staying in Aloha Villas. The door locks were didficult. sal

Beautiful Condo

We have rented many condos over the years in Kihei. This was by far the nicest. The proximity to the beach views and amenities can’t be beat. The beach which is steps from the patio has calm waters and you can walk/swim out about 1/4 mile and still be chest high. The patio is set up for lounging and dining and provides a perfect view of the sunset each night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals. All the equipment you need for the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, carts) are all provided and the pool area is clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Beautiful location and setting.

Our stay was fantastic. Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars. Secluded and quiet location with great amenities. Jude did an excellent job taking care of our property and we would recommend using the concierge service for activities. Awesome sunsets and a wonderful property. We would definitively recommend this location.

Awesome Stay!

Our vacation at Aloha Villa #2 was absolutely wonderful. The condo is gorgeous (we LOVED the showers), the location is perfect, and every amenity was available for our stay. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Our host, Jude Augustine, certainly helped with us feeling right at home. He has a charming and warm personality, a great sense of humor, and was always available to answer our questions and give us advice. The condo is close to multiple grocery stores (including one that is a block away), restaurants, and even a walk in clinic close by. Its also perfectly situated to easily get to Kahului, Lahaina, Wailea or Makena. 15-20 min to get to Target, Costco, the airport. 30-40 minutes to surf lessons or a luau in Lahaina. Close to Kamaole, Big Beach or Maluaka beaches. The sunsets were spectacular to watch sitting on the patio or while cooking in the kitchen with the glass doors wide open. There is a grill which we used that is kept very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool (we did too when those trade winds picked up!) and plenty of seating around it. There is an excellent supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie board, etc to use at the beach and lawn games to play at home. If you are there during whale season, you'll have a front row. We watched many whales breach while we had lunch or drinks on the patio. If you like turtles, you are also in luck! they often can be found sleeping along the beach north of the condo. You'll adore staying at Aloha Villa #2. We're already thinking of when we can return.

Villa #2 ground floor. Great accommodations- Everything was very clean and as advertised. Then property manager was available and punctual responding to questions and requests. Great access and everyone was super friendly. Definitely recommend for parties 6 - 8.

Outstanding Location and Property

This is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. The location in a quiet neighborhood and the view is just spectacular. The property was perfect for the 7 of us. My grandson who is 6 enjoyed the beach, chickens, ocean, etc.

This Villa is in a great location and close to restaurants, super market, bars etc. the best part is you can view sunsets sitting in the living room. Jude is great. He provided guidance throughout our trip and guided us. We had a wonderful vacation.

Unforgettable location

We were fortunate to spend our holiday in this beautiful location. The villa is literally right on the beach and we enjoyed whale watching from the patio, snorkeling with the turtles and incredible sunsets. A great location and beautiful villa, we would definitely book again!

Maui at its finest!

Location! Location! Location! What more could you ask for from such a gracious owner, Mimi and her partner Robert, who took care of all our needs. The property was safe, impeccable, and well maintained. The gourmet kitchen was a chef's delight and worth the investment to stay. We are already planning our return to Aloha Villas and looking forward to our next spectacular sunset on the lanai with our new friends and family.

Trip of a lifetime in an amazing place

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary last month by bringing our family to Maui and had an unforgettable time. We stayed in Villas #2 and #3 and the space worked out perfectly for our nine family members. We made #2 our ‘headquarters’ , cooking most of our meals in the very well-appointed kitchen and eating out on the lanai which could accommodate up to 12. The location in Kihei couldn’t be better: right on the beach,gorgeous sunsets every evening, sunrise over Haleakala behind us in the morning. Plus walking distance to several restaurants (recommend Nalu’s in particular) and a supermarket. The private heated salt-water pool offered a shaded area to relax in the warm afternoons. The villas are roomy, nicely decorated and the beds were perfect. Robert, the property manager, met us at check-in and gave us a good orientation to operating the locks, shades etc. We had a problem with a door at some point and he was able to repair it on the spot. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful property and hope we can return in the future!

Beautiful property with beautiful views.

There were 17 of us in three of the condo's. Each condo was furnished lovely and well stocked with essentials including soaps, clothes, dish washing and body soap. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silver ware everything you would need to live. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and entertaining areas. Mimi and Robert were delightful and were very accommodating to our very needs. The views were amazing. I would stay at Aloha Villas again.

Great location. Mimi and Robert we great. Had a family 11 in units1 and 2 for two wonderful week.

With in walking distance of of lots of shopping. Great beach for kid and the pool was great for night swimming for our 5 grandchildren age 2-7.
