Aufwachraum ist eine wunderbare 1000 Quadratmeter großen A Frame. Mit einem großartigen Strandgefühl, geräumigen Terrassen, einem privaten Whirlpool für 6 Personen und einem privaten Pool im Erdgeschoss werden Sie sich schnell vom Alltagsstress des Lebens erholen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse im Wald. Bringen Sie die Kinder mit oder nur Ihren Schatz, im Aufwachraum können Sie nichts falsch machen.

Dieses Haus befindet sich am Nordtor und eignet sich hervorragend für Kinder, da es sich am Ende der Sackgasse befindet.

Zwei Ebenen und über 300 Quadratmeter Terrassendielen lassen den ganzen Tag Sonne und Schatten aufkommen. Sie können auch die Garage für 2 Autos für Ihre Autos, Motorräder usw. benutzen. Bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit, wir haben viel Platz in der Einfahrt und die Ocean Pines Rampe ist weniger als eine Meile entfernt ...

Ihr eigener privater Pool und Whirlpool befinden sich in Ihrem eigenen umzäunten Garten. Das Unterdeck ist ebenfalls komplett eingezäunt.

Je nach Wetterlage öffnen wir den Pool Anfang Mai und schließen den Pool im September. Chemikalien und Poolreinigungsmittel werden bereitgestellt. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig geöffnet.

Dieses Haus befindet sich im Nordtor von Ocean Pines. Es bietet eine schnelle Anbindung an die Route 90 und Ocean City. (Ungefähr 5 Meilen)

Great getaway

My husband and I took our 3 month old baby and we all had a great time. The house has a beachy feel to it and the backyard was beautiful. The pool was very convenient for the days we didn't want to take our baby to the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They updated us on everything and were very accomadating. We will definitly like to return next summer.

Everything you could want or need

This home was amazing! A short drive to both Ocean City and Assateague Island, the owners provide everything you will need for an amazing day at the beach. There are an assortment of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, rafts and so much more. The only things we needed to bring was sheets, pillow cases, clothes, and food. We have rented multiple VRBOs and have never had a house so well stocked. The house was extremely clean and the pool and hot tub were a big hit after a day on the beach or boardwalk. I highly recommend this rental

Great family vacation

We had a great time at the recovery room. It was a closer drive to the beach than we had anticipated, and parking at the ocean pines beach club was convenient and easy. There was a grocery store and gas station close by so that was easy as well. We did some clamming in nearby fenwick, swam in Bethany and enjoyed the boardwalk in OC. All were within an easy drive. The house was great to come back to and far enough away to avoid the hustle/bustle of the boardwalk. The pool was clean and balanced well chemically and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub. Kids had a great time on the slide. There was plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc... Everything is provided, just bring your food and great attitude. Would not hesitate to rent this beach house again if we return to OC.

We love this rental! It truly is so peaceful. Everything is clean and there is so much provided that we didn't need to bring anything from home. When we had a slight issue, the owner was quick to respond and get it fixed. We wish we could spend all summer there!

Great vacation home

We had a really nice vacation. The house is lovely. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities: fishing, parks, trails and a great dog park. And only 5-10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plus, we really appreciated being able to bring our furbaby (it wouldn't have been a vacation without her)!

Great in so many ways!

Such a great time! Location was perfect. Close to Ocean City, Assateague Island and downtown Berlin! The house inside and out had everything we needed! After a fun hot day at the beach it was great to come back to the pool, hot tub and decks to chill out and get cool. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Just what we needed at The Recovery Room

Our week at the Recovery Room was everything we hoped it would be! Cute house with all we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool right in the backyard and the location in Ocean Pines was quiet/relaxed but close enough to Ocean City to get to all the activities there quickly. The Ocean Pines Beach Club pass was another perk of this house. Thank you Tim and Cheri for being amazing hosts!

Perfection

I’m not sure where to start. The Recovery Room is a cozy little house, perfect for a “home base” as it’s close to everything. A few minutes from very dog-friendly Berlin, MD with quaint shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as Assateague beach (pay the extra for the OSV permit — totally worth it! But I digress) and Ocean City. The Recovery Room is neat, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. Nice walking trails nearby. We didn’t use the bikes, but there was a nice array for humans of various sizes. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough good things about our hosts and their lovely property. I do feel compelled to make one important note for parents of itty bitty furbabies. The yard and porch are fenced in, with 3” spaces between the fence pickets. I didn’t immediately realize that my 7 lb Chih mix could squeeze between them. It was not a big deal and I just needed to keep a closer eye on Her Royal Fuzzybutt. Did not detract from the overall experience at all. Thank you, Tim and Cheri, for the most relaxing vacation I’ve had in years. Hope to visit again soon!

Great Stay at the Recovery Room

We had a great stay at the Recovery Room in early August. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The parking pass and beach club access was a hit too. Everything in the description listing is spot on. The house was very clean for us, and Tim's communication with us was A+. Tim and Cheri are great hosts. I would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

Ocean Pines hidden gem!

The house was excellent. We stayed for two weeks. It was nice having your own pool and hot tub on days you just wanted to relax. Owners of the house were also great for communication and having everything for going to the beach right there at the house. House is perfectly located between Ocean City and Assateague Island.

This property is a perfect getaway. Everything you need is at the home and the pool and hot tub are perfection for our family. My family has stayed here for many years in a row and we are never disappointed. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the beach is a short drive. Having beach access is great!! Very Clean and relaxing

House is very clean and has most comforts you would want away from home. Yard is fenced in for pets but there is no grass so plan on walking pets for bathroom. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Good eats in town if you don’t want to drive far but only 20 mins to OCMD. Pool and hot tub set this rental apart from others and offer relaxing fun even on rainy days. Very satisfied with the experience from a family of 4 ( kids 9 and 3) with two dogs. Ocean Pines has many amenities which we enjoy, especially the beach club. When we are not Beach Bums we both work full time and have two wonderful boys. It is our desire to offer you a wonderful vacation opportunity. We include many items not found in other homes and hotels. Also you have your own in ground private swimming pool and hot tub . Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We purchased in Ocean Pines as we do not like the crowds found in Ocean City. We wanted a beach home that was in a safe and quiet location. Also we wanted a House not a condo which can cost a lot of extra money in fees. We enjoy riding our bikes around Ocean Pines, the waterfront is not far, and the parks are un crowded. The boat ramp is only a couple of minutes away as well. When we go to Ocean City we are only 5 minutes away and enjoy the Beach Clubs pool, showers, food bar, and ocean. Secrets night club is located directly accross the street from the beach club. Also for a couple of bucks we can leave the car at the beach club , grab the bus and go anywhere in oc. We also enjoy the abundance of wildlife located around our home, especially the birds.....

The decks are great as well as the in ground swimming pool and 6 person hot tub. We can always find some sun or shade when we are staying at the home. If you are a nature buff, birds, squirrls, butterflys are all plentiful. Our location is at the end of a culdesac which is both safe and quiet. The A frame style of the home is different than most other homes making it unique. Our home sits back off the road about 75 feet offering more privacy than many other homes. Also its location offers safe areas for our children to play as there is no thru traffic.

We include many items in your rate such as Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Beach umbrella. Bikes, surf rods, crab steamer, etc...
