Ocean Pines Golfplatz mit beeindruckendem Blick auf das 7. Grün. Unser großes, komfortables Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern bietet viel Platz für große Gruppen oder zwei Familien. Die erste Etage dieses Hauses bietet einen großen offenen Wohnbereich mit einem Gaskamin und einem Essbereich sowie einen offenen Wintergarten aus Glas mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht und Zugang zur Außenterrasse. Das Wohnzimmer und der Wintergarten bieten jeweils ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für weitere 4 Personen. Sie finden auch die Master-Suite im Erdgeschoss mit Queensize-Bett und ein Master-Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Golfplatz verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Sie finden eine Packung und spielen im Schrank für Ihre Verwendung. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, das als "Kinderzimmer" bekannt ist, verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Ausziehbett, in dem 1 Queen-Bett oder 2 Einzelbetten untergebracht werden können. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch Spielzeug, Spiele, WII und sogar ein Puppenhaus für unsere jungen Besucher. Alle Schlafzimmer sowie der Wohnbereich bieten einen Flachbild-TV und WLAN.

Diese Unterkunft bietet auch 3 Fahrräder und 2 Einzelkajaks zur Nutzung. Die große überdimensionale Garage bietet auch Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und einen großen Dampfkessel für Ihr Krebsfest! Die 1. Etage des Hauses wurde im Jahr 2019 neu gestaltet, einschließlich neuer Böden, neuer Küche und Master-Bad. Das Haus verfügt über einen Beachclub-Parkausweis für den Ocean Pines Beach Club in der 49. Straße in OC. Der Poolpass kann separat erworben werden.

Best vacation ever! This is such a wonderful home and the hosts are very responsive. The location feels like the best of both worlds of the mountains and the beach. Wonderful stay in the Pines!

My family of four (two adults and two teen sons, plus our Miniature Schnauzer) had a wonderful stay here in August. This impeccably clean, recently renovated house has an ideal layout and comfortable furniture perfect for hanging out as a family or having guests over for dinner. We appreciated the many helpful amenities such as cooking supplies, extra toiletries, and a parking pass for the Beach Club. The house is located on a quiet block and is close to all the wonderful Ocean Pines pools and parks. We've been to Ocean Pines almost every summer for the past 10 years and this is by far our favorite vacation rental there. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Perfect location for OC getaway

Weekend getaway

My family and in-laws enjoyed our stay. The home fit us comfortably, was very clean and well stocked- we could easily cook several meals. My teen enjoyed the sunroom and my youngest loved the ocean themed decorations. We went to Assateague National Seashore a few times and it was a 25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Ocean Pines stay

We had a nice, quiet stay in this lovely home. Everything was newer and clean. I loved the decor. House temperature was comfortable. We were glad there were beach chairs onsite so we didn't have to bring any. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Ocean City, MD area. The community itself is great as well, with so many things to see and do. So many parks, walking trails, water views etc. It is a quiet area and everyone seems friendly. There are stores and restaurants all very close and it is just a few miles to Ocean City itself. It is the best of both worlds. I highly recommend staying at this property and hope to again myself in the future.

Wonderful,clean and inviting house. Felt like home. Neighbors so so nice and helpful. House was well stocked,everything was so organized too. Beds,sofa,chairs, very comfortable. The decor was so beachy and calming. Decorated wonderfully. The outside was taken care of as well as the inside. This is a perfect area. Sweet and comfortable home away from home

My family of four and dog really enjoyed this house! The location in a quiet wooded neighborhood was so restful. The house is tastefully decorated, and the layout of the house was perfect for us. We loved the luxurious master suite downstairs, with its own bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The kids loved having their own rooms and bathroom upstairs. The living room and sunroom are lovely and comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. We liked the proximity to the beach, as well as the free parking pass for OC. We appreciated Greer's communication, which was clear, quick, and unintrusive. When we needed her, she was available. We hope to return!

Very comfortable

Our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) had a lovey week's vacation in this home. The house is very clean and well maintained. The accommodations are very comfortable with lots of space for a family to spread out. The home is very well appointed with appliances and kitchenware and extras, like hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big help. The loaner beach chairs and toys were nice to have available. We especially enjoyed the décor and well landscaped yard. The house is conveniently located to Ocean City or other nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very gracious. We loved having use of the Ocean Pines swimming pools at the Ocean Pines resident daily rates and the Beach Club parking pass. We'd love to return to the beautiful home some day.

Nice Beach House

The house was well kept and beautiful. We especially loved the comfortable furniture in the great room! The kitchen was stocked really well. It was so nice having beach chairs and linens available for use. We opted to pay the additional fee to wash the linens on checkout day. The only minor negatives are: you can hear your guests walk around upstairs at night (squeaky floor), and the main level master closet leaks (homeowner knows about it and plans to install a new bathtub in the upstair bathroom in the fall). It would be helpful when entering the house from the garage if there was a handrail to hold on to. Also it would have been nice if the backyard was fenced for our furry dog children. Excellent family vacation

We had an awesome vacation thanks to our stay in this Ocean Pines house. The house was very clean and laid out nicely for our family of 5. It was great that our dog was able to be with us instead of having to kennel her. The neighborhood was very friendly. We took advantage of the parks and pools for the kids to play. I also made it to the farmer's market one of the days and it was really nice. The house was conveniently located close to both 90 and 50 making Ocean City easily accessible. Plus all of our favorite places were near by too...Dumser's, Dollies, Waterman's, Crab Alley and even a new Dough Roller (which I didn't make it to, maybe next time). We also liked Denovo's and had carry out twice. Their salad's were really good with blackened salmon. The house was spacious and it was nice to have a garage to put our travel shell and hitch basket inside. It was wonderful to be able to use the parking pass at the beach too. I actually liked that section of the beach because it wasn't near the boardwalk but we still had the Ocean Pines facilities there to use...bathrooms, outdoor showers, a food area and a pool. Greer was available for questions via email and responded quickly. I really liked the fact we could use the towels and sheets and I had no problem getting them washed, dried and put away prior to check out. Thank you for a great stay. We'd love to visit again.
