Dieses dreistöckige Haus am Meer mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 16 bis 18 Personen hat einige Merkmale, die ich in der folgenden Kritik ausdrücken möchte. Da es 1990 gebaut wurde, ist es nicht nagelneu und obwohl wir vor kurzem viel renoviert haben, hat es immer noch einige Eigenschaften, die einige Leute sagen, es ist ein bisschen älter. Wir haben in jedem Schlafzimmer neue Teppiche verlegt, wir haben in jedem Zimmer einen kompletten Innenanstrich ausgeführt, die Treppen wurden erneuert, das Deck wurde erhalten, die Badezimmer haben neue Fußböden und Farben, die Küche wurde jedoch noch nicht renoviert, mit Geräten und Einrichtungsgegenstände, die gemäßigt, aber nicht neu sind. Die herausragenden Merkmale sind: 1. Wanderung zum unübertroffenen Meer ohne Hindernisse, außer im Winter mit Wasser. Two The View, so gut wie Sie es an der Küste Washingtons finden. 3 komplette Decks auf der zweiten und dritten Ebene und Sie werden die fantastische Aussicht auf den Ozean bewundern. 5, Schlaf 16-18 6 2 Flachbildfernseher ist einer 45 in. 6. Free Wi-Fi sieben. Wäschetrockner. 8 komplette Küche, und wenn es irgendwelche Bedürfnisse gibt, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte im Haus 9. fantastic place for a family and pets. The property is exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this for anybody that wants a really down to earth quintessential Washington Coast experience. The view is to die for and the outdoor space was perfect for our entire extended family to hang out lounge around in hammocks barbecue and generally do the wonderful beach bum things all within a short walk of the beach.

The property is so beautiful! It was perfect for our family reunion! Driveway was big enough for 4 cars and a trailer, close enough to town to not be annoying and access to the beach couldn't be closer! Very pet friendly and communication with the owner far exceeded expectations. Already planning our next trip!

Unfortunately the property was not as clean as expected, owner stated the property was a older home and we expected that, but owner had issues with cleaning crew so we had to do some cleaning ourselves, loved the closeness to the beach and the deck was a added bonus. There are a few things that need to be updated. I will notify the owner. Our family had a great time, and I appreciate the owners communication. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Vicky, overall I do want to thank you for the majority of your review. You were truthful in everything you stated. I do need to express a major disappointment however, even though you did state that you had been told four things. Number one we did have substitute cleaners which you knew. Number two . You completely agree to that that was okay. Number three, you were given 5 and 1/2 hours of extra time beyond the normal check in and check out times. We very easily could have charged $250 per hour but we didn't as other hosts that's what they charge. Number four. A three-star review, I feel, was completely unbelievably low for everything that I've discussed. I would like for anyone that reads this response, that I have had very few three stars over the years, very few four stars, and a very vast majority of five stars for a cumulative 4.7 out of 5 Stars which indicates that is excellent!! When you arrived two and a half hours early the first thing you did was mention to me that the cleaners missed three things which was number one bottom of the oven wasn't cleaned, number two, about 1/3 of the back of the dishwasher haven't been cleaned and the third photo that you sent me showed a black part in the back of a cupboard which was a black screw which look like a piece of large dirt or something. That was very easy to have been mistaken by you so I just wanted to add that. I found that out for the first time when I went there after your group had departed. However, I did appreciate very much the very favorable things that you said in the of your critique. Thank you very much for that. Also, I am very sorry that you and or your group was to satisfied with what you stated in those three photos and I can see that was the only thing you were dissatisfied with but at the same time, I'm apologizing for the two things that my substitute cleaners missed. I do again, appreciate the nice things that you did State about your stay. That was a mistake where it said $250 per hour it's actually 100 - 150 dollars per hour not $250.

We recently stayed for a long weekend get away with a group of 18. Everything was properly explained and was just like the listing. This is an older home, with that there are some things that are outdated. But, it did not affect our stay and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for our group and we absolutely loved the views from the large decks on both floors. You’re getting a great value for the price. Host was great and very accommodating! We are already planning our next stay!

The house was great! It met our familys needs wonderfully! We brought our dog and it was well suited for him too! The view is exceptional and the host was ansolutely wonderful! We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely amazing.

This house is ideal for families. It is cozy, clean, and the view is just next level. My family and friends loved everything about this little home on a piece of heaven. It truly was the best spot for our vacation. Larry is a saint and so wonderful to communicate with. We will be back.

Great beach house for big groups

Everything we needed for our family reunion. The host communicated really well. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price it's totally worth it, especially with the amazing view and proximity to the beach. Lots of space for multiple families in the house and RV's in the driveway.

Spectacular view on a pet friendly budget!!!

Owner was upfront & very communicative about the property/expectations. Our large family was quite comfortable & able to spread out. The kids had a great time playing in the little sand area. The path to the beach was an easy walk. Definitely keeping this property in mind for a later family get together.

Perfect Location

The details in the listing are accurate with this being an older house and could use some updating but the location and view made up for that! Larry and Chuck were both great and absolutely amazing at communicating any requests or issues we might have had. The house is huge and had everything we needed and more. Our group of 12 were very comfortable there.

Easy weekend

This place was in great location there is so much room in the house. Walking to the beach was fun and you only have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to ocean shores. The host was very communicative and the check in/check out process was easy and smooth. I got exactly what I expected and was not disappointed!

Fun at the beach

This was exactly as listed. Close to the beach, fantastic view from the second and third decks, and lots of comfortable beds for our group. The dogs had a great time as well! The sound of the ocean was fantastic! The wood stove was just for looks, it wasn't operational. The outside had litter here and there, but otherwise this place was perfect!

We had a great stay at the beach! Larry is very clear up front about the condition of the home and if you go with that understanding you’ll have a great stay. It is an older home and has some quirks but it worked great for our large group. Plenty of parking space, short walk to the beach (typical walk through the scrub brush at WA coastal beaches) and bonus: during the summer months there aren’t supposed to be vehicles on the part of the beach where the house is! Perfect for all the little cousins that were digging houses of sand and chasing the tide. Larry is super accommodating (within his power and reason) and was very responsive with our few questions.

Beautiful beach getaway!

My family had a wonderful time celebrating New Years at this property! There was plenty of room for our large group and the property had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach as well as a coffee stand and mini mart. The view from the balcony was panoramic and beautiful! We had a slight issue with the water which was quickly resolved by Larry and his crew. The communication with the owners was very good- Larry is very quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

We did not have high expectations for the house as the owner was clear in communication that it is an old house with no real updates being done. That is accurate but there is a difference between out of date and unclean and unkept. The location was amazing and the view is fantastic from the top deck. Overall we made it work and had a great time with family. A little time and effort into cleaning ,replacing old and repairing a few things around the house would go along way to making it a great rental. If your going in the summer bring bug spray , the mosquitoes are feisty and plentiful.

After reading your review, I was really disappointed because I thought my cleaners and or my maintenance man was not doing his job but after finding out that the problem was that You were dissatisfied because the area to the garage and the garage was not cleaned which is not part of the cleaning process and so I do apologize that that was the reason for your dissatisfaction was that the area to the garage and the garage was not cleaned which is not part of the cleaning regimen. Furthermore, I went in with my maintenance man to check everything within the living quarters of the house and everything was working perfectly so we have no idea why there was dissatisfaction with the part in the review that stated that things weren't working etc. And if she found something that wasn't working, we State specifically to contact us immediately which we never were except she did ask for a duster which she admitted was needed for the garage, which, as stated previously, is not part of the the cleaning regiment. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the cleaning of the garage and once again every single thing in the house worked as my maintenance man and I double-checked everything. Thank you though for your kind words about the other things about the house that you appreciated. We try our hardest to make everybody happy but unfortunately sometimes it's very difficult too.
