I would like to address several concerns regarding your recent stay: • Excessive Personal Belongings: It has come to my attention that you moved a substantial number of boxes, filling two SUVs. Please be reminded that this is a fully furnished apartment, equipped with all necessary items, and is not intended for use as a storage facility or for transitioning large quantities of personal belongings. • Unauthorized Occupants: After observing your move-out, I reached out, and you mentioned that your family member would be staying in the property you rented. Due to insurance restrictions, it is imperative that only authorized individuals occupy the premises. Unauthorized occupants can lead to serious legal and safety issues.  • Key Mismanagement: You did not inform me that you had vacated the apartment and handed the keys to your family members. Subsequently, when access was not possible for them, you instructed them to dispose of the keys. This situation necessitated an immediate lock change, incurring a cost of $350, and rendered the property unrentable until the locksmith completed the work. • Lack of Communication: I attempted to reach out to you to welcome you and spoke with your husband. I also reached out multiple times to see if you needed anything, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Please understand that these actions have significant implications for property security and management. I kindly request that you adhere strictly to the terms outlined in the lease agreement to prevent such issues in the future. THANK YOU. Best regards, Enise

Omg, my condolences. You had told me a health issue came up. It is the most used excuse that people use. I do not remember about cleaning fee request. If you visit us again reach out to us I can give you a discount.
