Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. It is not shared and has an entirely separate entrance.

There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

The Neighborhood:
Guests will find themselves nestled in one of the most historic, and sought after neighborhoods in the city! The home is located on a beautiful tree-lined street right off 14th Street. The area offers a diverse selection of entertainment, dining options, shopping, coffee shops and grocery stores. Whole Foods is a 9 minute walk and Trader Joes is 4 minutes on foot. The 14th St dining scene really has become the culinary center for the city with all kinds of diverse cuisines ranging from chic and trendy to the hole-in-wall hidden treasures, French, Asian, Spanish, to oyster bars, diners and much more. Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of TWO metro lines;
- U St/African-Amer Civil War Memorial metro (Green line) stop is an 8 minute walk
-Dupont Circle (Red line) is a 16 minute walk
- The Convention Center is a 20 minute walk away
-The DC Circulator bus stops two and half blocks away at 14th and P
- Metro Bus 52 and 50 stop one block away at 14 th and R and provides a direct one-seat ride to
the National Mall
- Capital Bikeshare station is on the corner of 14th & R st NW (1 block away)
- Zip Car spots on 14th street;  scooters are everywhere
- Uber / Lyft available on demand!
