Neu erbautes Haus direkt am Atlantik. Wir haben gerade den Bau im Jahr 2013 abgeschlossen. Auf über 3000 Quadratmetern Innenraum ist ausreichend Platz für Gruppen mit bis zu 12 Personen. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer / Badezimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock. Die voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche eignet sich perfekt für die Orchestrierung von Dinnerpartys. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss und eine entspannende, abgeschirmte Veranda mit Deckenventilator laden zum Entspannen ein. Ein großer Bereich im Obergeschoss mit einem zweiten Unterhaltungsraum und drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern vervollständigt den Grundriss. Der angrenzende Balkon im Obergeschoss ist ideal, um die Sonne und die Brise einzufangen.

Großer umzäunter Garten mit viel Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen und kleinen Partys - seltenes Landschaftsgrundstück mit Palmen und privatem Blumengarten. Der Zugang zum Strand erfolgt über einen privaten Laufsteg. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgangs- und Sonnenuntergangsansichten bestimmen das Anwesen.

Great beach house

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were nice, family room and kitchen are spacious. There are beautiful ocean views downstairs and upstairs. It is right on the ocean. It was cold when we were there so we did not go on the beach much, so it was great to have the beautiful views. It is so close to St. Augustine and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Hope to go back in the future.

Exactly what we expected!!!

Our family has stayed at this home several times over the years, and it always delivers. We love this part of the beach because it's less crowded. The home is well kept and spacious. Our dog had a blast!!! Frederick and Jessica are wonderful hosts. Thank you for more memories we won't forget!

Perfect and Private

Our family of four adults and two children enjoyed this house, directly on a private beach, very much. The common areas are roomy and the layout afforded everyone enough room to relax and soak in the ambience of a true beach vacation. It has a huge kitchen and dining area, so no one felt cramped. The home is situated right on the beach, with, at its busiest, only about 20 people out as far as the eye could see. Outdoors was refreshing and peaceful with a gentle ocean breeze. We enjoyed walking the few steps to the water, dolphin viewing, beautiful sunrises, and, our dogs loved the grassy yard. The kiddos loved the beach floats and sandcastle tools. Overall, a wonderful find for us, which made for a great vacation. We felt that we certainly got a great value for our money. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and spacious home.

Family Vacation June 2024

We had such a great time here at Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. Your home was just as described. We had 6 adults and two grandkids that were 2. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We also appreciated the help in finding a deep sea fishing charter. Private beach house

This home is located in an area where there is now public access. So it was very private and quiet on the beach. This home was fully stocked. No need to bring beach chairs, towels. Had detergent for laundry. Soaps shampoo, conditioner etc. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great Getaway!

Owners could not have been nicer and more accessible. We only stayed for a short time but the house was just what we needed. The views were amazing and it was nice to have a little yard in the back. The beach was private and vast. Will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We spent 4 glorious months at this property. It was perfect in every way. There was plenty of room for guests upstairs and a great master bedroom and bathroom for us on the first floor. Guests loved their separate living room and deck. The beach was secluded and beautiful. It’s between St Augustine and Ponte Vedra. Plenty to do and lots of great restaurants. The house has everything you need for an awesome stay. We’re already booked for next year.

St Augustine Beachfront

We gathered 3 adult kids and spouses for getaway after Christmas. Stayed 4 nights and had a great visit. House was ~ 15 minutes north of St Augustine and nice quiet retreat. Enjoyed the large gathering space and spacious kitchen. 8 chairs at the dining table fit us just right. 4 bedrooms worked well for our family. Little bit of road noise in the mornings with traffic headed to and from Ponte Vedra. Enjoyed lanai space and walkway directly to the beach. Sunrises and walks on the beach were perfect.

Four Adults and Two dogs

What a perfect vacation spot for all of us! This was the first vacation for our dogs and it was super! Major advantages were the decks which allowed all of us to relax in comfort. Gracie, one of the dogs, liked the screened-in porch and Sallie, the other dog, liked the upstairs deck because she could lie in the shade while I was in the sun. The house was large which allowed all of us to "do our own thing" and not feel as though we were on top of anyone else. The house is located close to several excellent restaurants (Cap's on the Water is beautiful!) and the grocery store is close. St. Augustine is also close. In addition, the owners were very accommodating and answered any questions we had. In short, this was a wonderful vacation for all of us. Thank you!

GREAT HOUSE FOR FAMILY

The house is located great for both St Augustine and Jacksonville restaurants and attractions. Kitchen well stocked with glassware and tableware. Kitchen very open for multiple individuals to work and prepare meals. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach.

Perfect Family Vacation

Wow, what a great rental!! Location, location, location! Plenty of space for everyone. There was eight of us and we never felt "on top of each other." I have never seen such a well stocked rental. They even provided shampoo, body wash and laundry supplies! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper. You really only need to bring your clothes. Well stocked kitchen. Very private. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Tons of seashells. Will definitely come again. Loved our time!

Best beach house ever

We had a wonderful and relaxing week here. The pictures do not do the house justice. The wide open layout was perfect to hang out with the family. The kitchen was well equipped for all our meals. The cabinet space was amazing. The boardwalk to the beach was very short which made it convenient for going back and forth with kids and for many drinks. We absolutely loved how quiet the beach was and saw many beautiful sunrises directly at the end of the boardwalk. Also seen plenty of dolphins I think we seen some everyday. Everyone found many sharks teeth the entire family cannot wait to return. Fred and Jessica are very pleasant to deal with and very nice owners. Thanks for sharing your home. There are not enough words to describe this Best beach house ever. Thanks again

I've called Jacksonville home for 25 years and have served as an emergency physician in the area since completing my residency at Shand's Hospital. Having traveled extensively along the Florida coast, I can confidently say that South Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled regions in the state. The coastal wildlife, from the expansive bird preserve across the street to the vibrant St. John's River fishery, is unparalleled.

Our house is situated on the northern part of South Ponte Vedra Beach, a particularly sought-after area. Across A1A lies Guana River State Park, home to a large tidal estuary and a bird and wildlife preserve. This vast preserve attracts an abundance of pelicans, ospreys, egrets, cranes, and wood storks, which you can often see flying overhead and feeding in the ocean. This section of the beach remains free from commercial development, preserving its natural beauty. The beach is wider in this area than it is further south and remains largely untouched by the potential erosion that storms can bring.

The house is large (3000 sf) and rebuilt in 2013. As such, guests enjoy a vacation right on the sand without having to tolerate the musty, beach-shack experience that can be found in older homes. As the photos portray, the house is well appointed and beautifully decorated.
