Especially since before you rented the apartment everything was in order. For the shampoo, keep in mind you stayed for a month and therefore you have to pay for the different toiletries you need. There is a kit required on arrival, as in hotels. This is enough for a few days but not for a full month. Then there is always only one fob per apartment but the desk is there to allow you access to the 35 th floor without needing the fob. For the access to the swimming pool you have a card each one which authorizes you to access all the facilities therefore I do not understand your remark. Finally for the noise in the bathroom we cleaned the apartment and we took the opportunity to bring in a technician. unfortunately we hear no noise.
