"Emerald Surf" is truly a stunning beachfront home with private, in-ground pool and is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. This well-appointed 2-story home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 20 comfortably. Direct beach access is available from the pool deck and fully fenced backyard. The spacious living area features beach views, direct pool access, and three sofa sleepers that will accommodate up to 4 occupants. The beachfront master suite has a king bed, his and her closets, and an adjoining private bathroom. Also located on the first floor is another master suite with king bed and adjoining private bathroom, and another bedroom with two double beds that could accommodate 4 occupants, and another full bathroom. The beachfront second floor features a kitchenette, bedroom with two double beds, living area with queen sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom. Also located upstairs is another guest bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony that overlooks Surf Drive. You're sure to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views that are available from the second story balcony. This home is pet friendly so don’t forget your pups! $150 non-refundable pet fee is required for first pet $50 per pet fee for each additional pet. **ATTN: All cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded. We highly recommend CSA Travel Insurance.

This beach house was fabulous. It fit our family of 12 perfectly. It was very clean with a lot of storage. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room. The pool and being on the beach was the kids favorite. The views were amazing. I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed the direct beach access and the view. The pool was excellent for my grandson. We all had ample space for the 7 of us. Only thing we did note is the TVs did not get many channels and bedroom tvs did not work. Overall our experience was great.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

New Favorite!

We believe we have found our new favorite place on the beach. Everyone had their own space and it was nice for a change that the grandkids (ages 9 & 12) didn’t fight over rooms. The only downside was that the pool was too cold to use, but we spent a lot of time sitting outside around the pool when we had nice weather, which was most of the week. The living and dining rooms were spacious for a beach house, and the kitchen was the best stocked that we have used in all our stays. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc.The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I heard no complaints about the quality of sleep, other than the familiar “I miss my bed.” Access to the beach is direct and there were a lot of beach toys for the kids to use already on site, so no extra runs to the store to purchase sandcastle molds and shovels.Because of the location getting around to all the things to see and do in PCB were easily accessed. Two restaurants we really enjoyed were Dat Cajun Place and of course, Captain Andersons. Local friends joined us for Thanksgiving, and we had ordered our meal from Publix.Communication before, during, and after from the property manager was great and very responsive.Great Week!!

Better than expected

Beautiful property. Photos do not do this place justice. So much larger than it looks in the pic or from the outside. This trip included myself and my husband as well as our adult children and their significant others. My in laws also joined. There are no stairs in to the house or to the beach. All primary bedrooms are on ground floor which was fantastic for my 80 yr old in laws. This house was so well stocked. We loved the abundance of extra towels. The pool area was the icing on the cake. The only issue we had was parking. Property restricts parking to only 3 vehicles. This is definitely not enough for a house this size and the amount of people it sleeps. There is a grassy area and garage area(unusable). The grassy area should be made in to extra parking and/or allow the garage to be used. We have rented other houses that sleep as many that had parking for 5 vehicles.

Perfect Family Spot and Steps to the Beach

This place had everything we needed, plenty of space for 11 people and not far from the airport! 2 senior parents who needed a main floor bedroom and no steps. Their bedroom walk out to the pool and a short, straight walk to the beach. Smaller kids loved the pool. It wasn't a "big" pool but easily fit several of us on rafts while we had a pool/movie night with our projector. Kitchen had everything we needed and the outside closet had TONS of fun beach/pool stuff. The indoor steps to the 2nd floor are a bit steep but all of the kids stayed upstairs so it didn't bother them. Restaurants (all you can eat Crab!) and a couple of bars within walking distance. There is a public access to the beach right next to the house but we didn't see that many people use it. Cleaning & Pool crew did a great job. Overall - great place and we will book again!

Kitchen not very well stocked for a house that size. We have never rented a house in 15 years that didn't have foil,spices etc from the last renters. No cable. Needs updating.

This is our second stay at this property and loved it again!!

Overall the stay was fantastic. We did see some dead palmetto bugs upstairs but property management team was quick to reply and confirm the property is sprayed monthly which was reassuring. We also had a slow draining bathtub in the master bath that again the property manager was quick to have a plumber out the next morning to fix it.

Perfect location and house for us

We could not have asked for a better house and location for some post-graduation celebratory R&R for our family and pet. The house looked recently updated including a massive 80"+ SMART TV. We spent most all out time by the pool on very comfortable furniture when not at the beach just steps out the back gate.

Great location

Overall we loved everything about this rental. It was perfect for us and our mini dachshund. The location was wonderful and you are literally steps from the beach. For being next to a big resort and the public beach access, it was surprisingly quiet the entire week. The only “issue” was the cleaning… while I understand we were staying at the beach and sand is to be expected, it appeared that the cleaners were saving the floors for last and then forgot to vacuum or sweep them up as the floors were very dirty with hair, LOTS of sand and other stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter reset

We had two priorities for a late December trip from Ohio: 1. It had to be on the beach. 2. We needed a fence so our dog could roam and enjoy the weather as well. This house hit the mark and more. Very comfortable. We brought the in-laws down for a few days as well, and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy some relaxation and much needed sun. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great Vacation

This is one of the better houses we have stayed in. The location on the beach and for going out is the best. We had four families and there is amble space for privacy and coming together for meals and family time. The pool was enjoyed by everyone and is private, which is nice. We had one problem, the refrigerator in main kitchen didn't work, but there was a backup and it was replaced with a new one in a timely manner. There are no futons and some of the furniture needs replaced but we were very comfortable. We will definitely try to get this house again. This house is well kept and clean. Thank you for making our vacation one of the best we have had

Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 19 stayed at this property for a week. We had a great time with the house right on the beach and a small pool on our patio. There are lots of places to eat snd shop for souvenirs within walking distance. Other shopping is a short drive away. Our ages ranged from 2-73! Best week ever! We had a few “issues” but with a phone call maintenance took care of them. There are quite a few household items that you need to provide yourself… overall, great place for a large group.

2nd time stay in this beachfront home

6 years later, our family welcomed the opportunity to stay in this house again for a week of spring break vacation. Everything was very clean, plentiful supplies of towels in all bathrooms and kitchen and beds were all very comfortable that we slept in. The pool is not heated (we knew this in advance) and given the cold temps at night this time of year in March, we were not able to make use of it at all during our stay. The only challenge we encountered was a stable wifi internet connection, during the weekdays, where it was impossible to remain connected for more than a few minutes on all of our devices. The property manager was excellent at communicating via text messages during our stay when we reached out with questions. This home is literally on the beach ... one of the things we love the most is the incredible location and view! The outdoor closet on the patio had lots of items that have been left by prior renters ... beach umbrellas, a wagon, pool floaties, etc. which was a nice perk. Only suggestions we would have would be: provide a bottle opener in the kitchen, a newer set of knives as they were all quite dull and hard to cut with, a stable/reliable wifi connection in the home, and a garage door opener. Being able to park in the garage is very nice, but required us going in and out the front door to open it via the interior of the garage. The refrigerator upstairs is also very noisy at times, for anyone who would occupy the upstairs space and bedrooms.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time in Panama City Beach. We loved the house and the location. Part of our family were not able to make it which probably ended up being a positive. It is a spacious home but 20 would have been tight. It was very well stocked. Despite some cooler and rainy days, our grandkids still had a wonderful time.
